It is built in a very nice area and there are many leisure options. It has a very clean pool. I recommend it to everyone if you need a place to stay overnight.

I have to say that the food was perfect and the greeting at the table while eating was great. The room was smartly furnished, nice and big, clean. We were only very disappointed about that. We also wanted to book a bowling alley Then we asked again about the bowling alley and it was broken.That wasn't very nice, we were a little sad about it.Especially when I got the email early that it worked and we arrived 2 hours laterThen suddenly she stopped walking.But still it was a nice weekend. 😀

Very large, chic rooms, beautiful, modern, large bathroom, everything corresponds to the photos on the homepage. The building isn't entirely new from the outside, but I live inside and not outside. Breakfast is in the main building, you have to walk a bit. Everything you could need is there. Nice pleasant stay.

As a family, we booked the consumer hotel am Park with half board for 5 nights at the beginning of February and unfortunately we completely regretted this booking.The building is in dire need of renovation and does not meet today's standards for a hotel in any way. The consumer hotel at the park neither has an elevator, so you had to carry your suitcases up and down the narrow stairs yourself, nor did our family room have armchairs or a couch. Only two small cube stools and a simple chair are a bad joke for a supposed family room.The parking space fee was €12 and is also far too high.Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet had no variety at all and the price for dinner without half board would have been a whopping €49 per person. located and is an impudence for what is offered. The service staff at least seemed to be trying hard, while the staff at the reception in the main building of the consumer hotel were not at all competent when it came to questions about wellness treatments and excursions to the region and did not consider it necessary to greet or say goodbye on arrival or departure.Conclusion: The price/performance ratio doesn't fit here in any way.

The entire hotel 'Campus' consists of various, older guest houses that together form the hotel and have been partially supplemented by new buildings such as the pool house.The theme of the hotel is the 'Consumer Cooperative', on which the uniform design language in red and white is based. In the hotel corridors you can always find information about the cooperative's long-standing history.The excellent service quality of all employees is particularly noteworthy!

I recently had a stay at the consumer hotel at Park Oberhof and would like to share my experiences. The building complex was very winding and the hotel stretched across several buildings, which was a bit confusing. However, I was able to find my way around quickly and the staff was very helpful and happy to show me the way if necessary.The food was offered in buffet form, which allowed for a good selection of different dishes. Overall, the food was of good quality and there were always new dishes to offer variety.Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the consumer hotel at Park Oberhof and can recommend it, especially if you want to go on an adventure to explore the building complex.

Definitely a pleasant hotel during the high season, but in the low season it was more of a one-off visit for us. Unfortunately we had to cancel the meal we had booked for our stay and went out to eat because of the offer. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The wellness area was clean and everything was in perfect order!

We definitely hoped for more.Unfortunately, price-performance is not right.We arrived, room clean, unfortunately no blanket. (small make-up stain)The staff (gastro) tried to be friendly, but you could tell that the simplest things were not understood because their knowledge of German was not sufficient...The carpet on the way to the restaurant was shockingly old and therefore not clean...€Parking space has to be paid extra, I think €5 a day, which I also found very steep. "You probably read about the energy price surcharge on our website"... we booked by phone, there was no mention of that...Food was okay (breakfast), special requests (onions) were responded to and handed over without any problems.In total: food 3.25/5, room 1.75/5, cleanliness 2.25/5, service 2.25/5, price/performance 1.75/5

The room furnishings are extremely old. Some of the furniture was broken. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Over €500 for a room with Eastern charm is totally excessive. The rooms in the consumer hotel at the park in particular have nothing to do with the pictures posted on Google and Booking. Be careful, pure rip-off. Never again!

We had a nice short stay. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The staff everywhere is very helpful and attentive. We also had dinner as a buffet once. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed here if you consider what that is. costs and perhaps should have eaten á la carte instead. Since food is always individual, I don't want to deduct any points here. There was a large selection of cold and warm dishes. It was just a matter of our taste. The dumplings were too raw, as was the cauliflower. The plates are cold and the food on them is also cold. The children enjoyed the pool. After half a day in the snow, relaxing in the water was just the thing. The room service could practice fluffing the duvets again 😉Conclusion: We would come back at any time and recommend it.
