First of all, the positive:Very central location right next to the train station, everything in Passau can be reached on foot if you are good on foot and like to walk.At the same time it is relatively loud (even with the windows closed) and there are occasionally homeless people and alcoholics in the area who sometimes urinate within easy reach of the wall.The apartment itself is well furnished and has everything you need.Fast, good WiFi; fast and friendly customer service; good and functioning access system.Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleaning is inadequate: When I arrived there was a grease-smeared ceramic hob (which remained that way even after cleaning), a kettle whose lid kept popping off, hair in the bathroom on the tiles and also on the bed, a full ashtray left by the previous person and smeared table on the terrace, a dirty and stained tea towel, numerous cuts and scratches on the walls, a broken and dismantled fan lies in the corner, the shoe cup is broken and is somehow lying around. There is a half-rusted coffee table on the terrace that no one seems to be looking at. etc.The support contacted is quick to respond, friendly and assures that the reported defects will be remedied the next day. Unfortunately, this is only partly the case. So more promised than delivered...All in all, a good concept with unfortunately poor implementation. I can't say whether this is generally the case at limehome or just at this location, it was my first booking (and probably my last).Attention: All suites are located on the top floor of the house and do not have air conditioning. There is a fan and external shading, but in my case the fan was junk and therefore unusable.

A little oasis that has everything you need.

A hotel right near the train station in Passau. It is somewhat unusual that there is no reception and booking and check-in are done digitally, for example via mobile phone. The rooms are very good, clean and well maintained. I can recommend it!

Way too loud. Only good because of the central location. Otherwise, please take hearing protectors with you. The request to Limehome to swap the room was not granted. We won't be coming back.

The room itself was okay, the bed comfortable. The only really good thing was that it’s right by the train station, so very central/close to the city. I checked in hours after it was cleaned, but the entire floor was still wet - and where it wasn’t wet it was sticky. The kitchen lacked necessary’s like salt or backing paper for the oven, the kitchen towel had big stains. Because there’s no reception there’s no place to leave your luggage for a few hours after checkout (11am). Overall an okay experience, but I wouldn’t go again.

Nice hotel good for one night, a bit noisy in the area due to the proximity to the train station. The service staff could take a closer look. The dessert drawer was full of trash. Otherwise everything was fine.

My apartment was very spacious and well equipped! Digital check in and check out went smoothly! Small magical balcony! Top equipment! The only challenge was finding parking BUT there are very inexpensive options across the bridge! Location unbeatable!

It's close to the station, has a kitchen, and is very convenient. A supermarket is also nearby.The housekeeper seems to come every Tuesday.

You need several codes, which you get on your cell phone very late, to get into your room. Otherwise the rooms are functional. The balcony is very good as you have a good view over the city.

So simple and comfort/equipment/location match the price!
