We were there recently, but unfortunately we had to submit these criticisms:We had a lovely time in the house, but we noticed a few deficiencies that really spoiled our stay:Lt. Rental agreement allows arrival at 3 p.m., we were supposed to arrive from 4 p.m. and then met the craftsman on site, who needed another 40 minutes to clear the entrance and tidy up his equipment.The faucet in the kitchen is extremely porous and I could hardly use it because I was afraid of completely ruining itWe occupied the house with 16 people, the bathroom on the second floor was under repair without any prior notice of this. The children had to shimmy down the stairs at night.The shower head in the bathroom on the first floor was not always usable. 16 people therefore had to share one bathroomThe terrace was usable, but the door to the outside cannot be opened, so you have to walk around the house through the front door and use the stairs there. Unfortunately, the last step is very high, so a child fell there.Basically, the outside area is an extreme construction site; there are building materials lying around that the children could have walked on. We had to keep a special eye on this so that no one gets hurt and nothing gets broken.The steps to the entrance door are just stones, that's not certainUnfortunately, the list of defects is not reflected in the price, which is rather high.The landlady then informed me that all deficiencies in the, admittedly long, rental agreement would be pointed out. She was also sure that it wasn't so bad if you just arrived and were only there for a weekend that a tradesman would be occupying the driveway and working - it's a shame, the location is great!!!
