We spent the last week in this holiday home. We felt very comfortable there. Positive: - the ground floor was ideally equipped for my disabled father; - Village center Hooksiel, beach, restaurants were within walking distance; -very quiet location; - Children (we didn't have any with us) will find lots of high-quality toys.

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home.This holiday home is suitable for all agesDownstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, one side of which has an adjustable slatted frame.Upstairs there is a bedroom for parents with babies and opposite there is a children's room with 2 beds which is equipped with toys and a swing.The furniture in the living room seemed new and the paving on the terrace was recently laid.The pictures that can be found on the internet do not match what we found.

The holiday home is absolutely well equipped for the price. The cleanliness itself was also ok. The location is very nice for us, quiet and everything can be reached quickly.We will always choose this house for our vacation in the future.

In terms of equipment, it was fine. The location ok. 4 km by bike to the beach!!! However, there is a lot of dog hair in the house and everything is outdated. The outside area was a disaster. Totally unkempt garden. The hedge grew into the terrace, which was covered in pigeons. The umbrella was broken and the sidewalk was already overgrown with grass. In the meantime a man came to do the gardening, so we couldn't even sit outside. Everything in front of the front door is full of ants. Terrible creaking wooden floorboards!!!

I've never had anything like this before. When we arrived we were greeted with unclean accommodation. Dirt and dust in every room! We had to wash all the dishes, glasses, cutlery, plates, cups, etc. We had to vacuum and clean to make ourselves a little more comfortable. The heating didn't work either. After many phone calls, a mechanic came and repaired everything. Thank you again gentlemen! Thanks to you, we didn't have to freeze and had hot water again all the time👍 Unfortunately, I can't recommend this holiday home to anyone🤷♀️🙍♀️
