This was our second time there and, as always, satisfied. Communication when booking was quick and uncomplicated. Yes, the rooms are simple, but everything was very clean and functional - not at all a given at this low price in this location. The breakfast was also completely okay, everything you needed was there. And parking in front of the door and storing my bike in the bike cellar was also included - everything was great!

We were here this week. The location is good, considering the distance to the summer toboggan run. The rooms could use a renovation. Beds good for sleeping, shower is satisfactory because it is getting old. Likewise the washing area the sink was slightly broken. Water doesn't drain well. Breakfast is okay, could be better. Little choice. Maybe because we are used to youth hostels. Staff nice, friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was like in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. We felt very comfortable there. The only small drawback is that the showers are not in the rooms. But they are completely new and very clean.

The rooms were big enough and the beds were very good. The only drawback was that the rooms were quite noisy compared to the street in front of the house. The sanitary facilities seem to be very new and are absolutely great. The staff is absolutely nice and helpful, from reception to the kitchen to the cleaning staff. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. Intolerances were also taken into account without any problems. It's a shame that at some point you were just full. For the smaller children there is a separate playroom with a large ball pit, so that no one is left out.As a group of 15 people, we can thoroughly recommend this house. It definitely won't be the last time we're there.

Room 403 is much too small because of the table. The door almost doesn't open because of the table

We were there for a short trip and for biking. The location is good, you can easily reach everything (adventure mountain, lift, town, bus). The room (basic category) did not have a bathroom. Not bad, we knew that. However, there are only 2 sockets for 4 people, only 1 coat hanger in each cupboard and only 1 ceiling lamp that is switched on at the door. Very impractical and out of date.I was missing at least a small mirror on the wall. Apparently there was once a toilet or bathroom, but the corner was cordoned off.The room was clean and functional. The toilet and shower in the hallway are neat and new.Although it filled up on the 2nd day, it was quiet and pleasant.Staff very friendly throughout!Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately we couldn't book dinner as a family.Lockable bike room was good, equipped with tools. We will come back.

Starting with email contact, reception, questions and saying goodbye, the reception was extremely friendly and committed. We felt very welcome as people and not just as paying guests. We noticed from many little things that a lot of passion is being put into the work here. The lounges make a cozy impression and invite you to linger. There are various play areas and seating areas outside. Our room was very spacious and clean. The furniture is not the latest but absolutely useful. The bathroom is huge, modern, well maintained and clean. The location was perfect for us! On foot you can quickly reach the Kappe adventure mountain, but also the city center or the forest. The breakfast was rich and the coffee was very good. The WiFi worked very well.We were completely satisfied!

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio isn't right at all.We just went out to eat in the evening.Rooms very small, very noisy, broken cupboards, no reading lamp, just a neon lamp on the ceiling etc... just uncomfortable..The pictures on the website are not remotely realisticPositive: nice staff, clean showersUnfortunately we won't be coming back

Great hostel, we will definitely come back. We had a four-bed room including half board at an unbeatable price. I think it was around €58 per person. The hostel is just 300 m walk from the lifts and slopes. You can also park for free at the hostel.
