Nice facility. Great fun pool. Various activities possible. Ideal place for family vacations with children between 5 and 12.The only annoying thing is the parking situation at the holiday homes.There are basically enough there (at least 1 parking space per residential unit) but everyone parks how they want instead of at the house where they live. If necessary, labeling of the parking spaces would be appropriate.

Very nice center park by the sea. Very friendly and helpful team. Great activities, for example the (almost too) scary labyrinth on Halloween. Not as fenced off as other parks — still quiet.

Center parcs gives current daily prices.I call it carnival pricing.From one day to the next, the stay will be almost twice as expensive.You can't plan a vacation with families like this.

Unfortunately never again...We have been to several Center Parcs and have always enjoyed our stay... but unfortunately not here at all.You get there and have a premium check in, so from 1 p.m. onwards... the doors don't open. You come in and it smells like fish... This smell lingered for the next 3 days and then gave way to a musty smell. Unfortunately not comfortable at all. And while we're talking about cozy...the couch in there is definitely not it.The balcony doors, including the handles of all doors, were sticky because a small child had probably lived there before. Which isn't a problem in itself, but clean it up then. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. We had to start the vacuum cleaner first so that there weren't any crumbs on our socks. The stove wasn't cleaned. The extractor hood was completely sticky. In the bathroom we had silverfish visiting in places, which must indicate bad silicone joints, mold or water. In our house (815) the ceiling in the bathroom is even coming down...If you go to Aqua Mundo, the cleaning is taken into account little or not at all. It is completely clear to me that in autumn you have muddy shoes and the ground is wetter and full of leaves. But please go through with the mop every now and then and make the floor bearable again... it was simply disgusting. The shower entrances are poorly designed...any man can walk past and look into the women's shower. Apart from the fact that there are only 5 showers for the entire area... (why were the others on display???)The ceiling tiles in the swimming pool are coming down. You can clearly see how old the park is. And you change little to nothing.What all Center Parcs stand for doesn't happen here at all...You can park your car anywhere and drive around, which is really annoying because people don't drive considerately.Other than the location of the park, there's really nothing good there.

The Center Park North Sea Coast has a nice, quiet location and the path to the water is not far. The staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to help. Unfortunately we discovered some unsightly things in our holiday home. That shouldn't be the case for the price for 4 nights. (1000€). Unfortunately, everything is pretty shabby and our "guest toilet" smelled of cold smoke. For me, as a non-smoker, this is disgusting. Notch in the bedroom door, mirror in the bathroom broken (wooden edge), wallpaper peeling off, wood in the bathroom swollen due to moisture, etc. You could also put a fly screen on the windows, then you wouldn't have to chase mosquitoes and spiders every day. I then went to reception with the pictures and the lady then called the manager, who was there straight away and looked at my pictures. He was very nice and helpful. Together we were able to find a good solution for both of them. The Aqua Mundo needs to be renovated or renovated. Rusty screws, mold in the joints, when sliding (big blue slide) there are bumps where you can easily get scratches and the water was too cold for my liking. And now to the parking spaces. You register to get the key to the holiday home and are told: there is a parking space next to your house, but if it is full, you will have to park somewhere else. Sorry, but you're not serious, are you?? If the neighbors come with two cars, you can park right in front, even though you are told that you have a parking space next to your house. Or guests arrive with a trailer, and in a flash two parking spaces are gone. So either I have a parking space or I don't. How about marking the parking space with the house number.Conclusion: Far too expensive for what is offered. When I think about paying over €2,000 for a premium holiday home in the summer, it makes me feel really strange. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the internet, please take a look for yourself. Maybe we'll come here again when the holiday homes are renovated, there are fly screens on the windows and everything is generally brought up to speed so that the price/performance ratio is right. All in all we had a lovely holiday. But the Center Parcs didn't contribute anything. There were great trips to Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven.Addendum: We had booked a table for the buffet today at 7 p.m. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a line in front of us that was so long that we didn't get our table until 7:45 p.m. There was only one lady who was responsible for assigning people to tables. We left. It doesn't work like that

Very nice and cozy park. The houses are neat and look very clean. They look new!! There is everything you need in a house, there are even shutters for those who like it dark. There is an oven, hob and dishwasher. You can park your car in front of your house. This is all perfectly fine. The pool is also beautiful!! Very large and great fun for both children and adults. The location is also perfect, you are on a road but it is very quiet. You are surrounded by the forest and close to the beach. The only disadvantage to the park is that there is not really a store for groceries, there is a 24/7 shop where you can buy baked sandwiches and basic products, but not really enough. But this problem is solved by a nearby store barely than 1km where you have everything. There is also a lot to do and a super cozy atmosphere. If you are looking for a relaxing, active holiday, this is the perfect place for it!!

The park is beautifully located.Our apartment was well furnished.It could have been cleaner.The employees are very friendly.Unfortunately, not everything runs smoothly when it comes to service: online ordering is offered in the restaurant, but the staff recommends ordering directly. The food then came in individual parts.

The houses are beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the environment. You have to drive very far to do something fun. The park and the houses are also very nice. Nice swimming pool consisting of several floors and a small boulevard to the sea with nice restaurants and some shops

More appearance than reality. There were also enough rusted/broken door hinges, dead mosquitoes/biting on the ceilings/walls and cobwebs. Vacuum cleaner defective. Beds were ok, bathroom too. Swimming pool was not good because of children and wave pool underground with artificial light. The large pool was at the top with daylight, it should be exactly the other way around. Kiosk took 35 minutes for 1 burger, 1 fries and 1 hot dog. The two salespeople obviously had no idea what they were doing. All in all, we found the staff annoyed/stressed when spoken to.Edit 2 years later. Everything is even more rotten, dinner in the restaurant was really bad. I can only advise anyone not to go there

The Center Parc is getting old and various things need to be renewed. As a family we booked the all inclusive offer,in the hope that our children can grab something to eat, drink or book activities at Center Parc at any time. Unfortunately the offer was a complete disappointment.You pay a lotMoney and the kids can't even order a Coke becauseEvery order must be confirmed with a signature.In addition, the employees are unsure which services are included in the offer and services were offered on the Internet that were subject to a charge on site.In summary, I unfortunately have to say that I cannot recommend this all-inclusive offer and am disappointed and will probably not visit Center Parc again anytime soon.

The location of the Center Park is extremely beautiful, but unfortunately we discovered that the holiday apartment was extremely dirty and we didn't feel as comfortable as we had in the last two years. I thought the service on site was ok and could have been better, as we were out and about almost every day and were only in the holiday apartment to sleep. I can recommend the trips we took to the climate house and zoo by the sea to everyone. A little tip, holiday apartment 461 definitely needs to be renovated and the hedge also needs to be cut. Otherwise we actually feel good every year, so we will come back regularly.

UNDERGROUND SERVICE!!!A booking made in June was completely canceled in October without any payment reminder or consultation because no payment had been received. We never received a booking confirmation and, strangely enough, it was not made available to us for review. The request to cancel the cancellation will not be honored. Instead, blame is assigned via email. Customer friendliness and service are absolutely subpar, even though we have been loyal customers so far.The center park, which describes itself as family-friendly, denies us a family vacation.Quotes from the nice email: "First of all, we could see that you are already a Center Parcs customer and should therefore actually be entrusted with the booking and payment processes." - Customer-friendly service providers would ensure that their guests have the most uncomplicated, relaxing holiday possible and would not assume that they are in charge of everything. Circumstances may change, but this does not seem to play any role here."As no payment was made at any time, nor was a payment postponement requested, the booking was canceled on ... without further contact." - According to the customer center, a deposit should have been made in June. Why isn't it pointed out there that the money hasn't been received yet? How were we supposed to know without booking confirmation? Now it's clear to us. Booking with a discount is the best way to make the most profit. The customer is forced to make the booking, which is over €250 more expensive, if the holiday is not to be cancelled. Sad for a "family friendly" park!"Contrary to your opinion, we are of the opinion that you should have inquired in the meantime what is going on with your booking or when and which payment has to be made." - Contrary to your opinion, your tasks include sending booking confirmations and accompanying customers when booking.Not a bit of accommodation, not a bit of insight, not a bit of family-friendly in this situation. For us it was definitely the last booking in the Centerpark! We are shocked at how loyal customers (for over 20 years) are treated.

Very nicely located park and a very cozy, well-furnished holiday home in the middle of nature with beautiful trees (of course beautiful in autumn) in which we felt very comfortable. The offer for small children is very good, but I would have hoped for more options for my big grandson (almost 9 years old), perhaps a play barn instead of the arcade (in the Marketdom) with the expensive equipment.Otherwise, 4 wonderful days of vacation that we enjoyed very much.

Very nice surroundings and beautiful park. Some noise in the apartment. Apartment is nicely furnished. Very friendly staff as always in a center parks. The mini golf is a bit outdated but fun. (9 euros is a lot for mini golf). Aquamundo is really fun and big. Also outdated but still fun. There was hardly anyone parked properly in the park. All outside their box or crookedly or over the footpath and over 2 boxes. But of course Center Parcs can't do that. The food and drinks were also very good. I do recommend the park. Also because this is a not very touristy corner of Germany.

It was nice for a weekend and it was enough for us. The location on the coast is the highlight. The park itself needs to be renovated in many places, you can see that not much is being invested.As I said, OK for a few days but not for a week or more...

We cannot rate the entire park, only Aqua Mundo.We were there in the evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The bath is ok for 3 hours, but then it quickly becomes boring.
