Very large, beautifully and practically furnished rooms. Friendly staff, but the reception is often unstaffed and runs on a tablet, which I find a bit impersonal. Very good breakfast. Pretty quiet location at the marina

Very pleasant and new hotel that I would love to stay in again and again.

Nice hotel, quietly located with modern furnishings. Clean modern room/bathroom. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and gave us a good start to the day.Tip: There is a second entrance behind the hotel with additional parking spaces.

We would like to take this opportunity to report our dissatisfaction with the celebration in your house on September 14th, 2024.To prepare for the celebration, we had a conversation with Mr. Khai-Thai Vuong, where we made arrangements and received an offer from you. Already in this first conversation, we said that we definitely want our guests to be provided with everything and that we don't want the soup to run out. At that time, Mr. Khai-Thai Vuong assured us that it would not be a problem to spontaneously get more soup or cake. We also replied to the email from September 2nd, 2024 with the question of what would happen if everything was eaten and whether we could still get something. Unfortunately this email remained unanswered.When we arrived at your place on Saturday, everything was mostly prepared. Ms. Rodrigeuz-Richter asked whether the guests could order something to drink. This question really irritated us because it should be clear that guests can order drinks.Unfortunately, the service staff was unable to correctly assign the drinks to the tables or people. So drinks remained and our guests didn't get what they ordered. We were also annoyed that the staff took tea as an order, even though tea and coffee were in the middle of the tables. This could definitely have been pointed out. So we paid twice for the tea.It quickly became clear that the soup provided would not be enough, so we asked if it was possible to get more soup. Unfortunately, contrary to Mr. Khai-Thai Vuong's information, this was not so easy to do. Firstly, we could not get the soup that we had pre-ordered, and secondly, it took a long time until the alternative soup we had ordered was in the room.The negative highlight was that an employee openly spoke negatively about us in the restaurant area. Even though the employee apologized for it, we still find it absolutely disgraceful. Our guests also reported back to us that this employee seemed unfriendly and in a bad mood.A little later, one of our guests asked one of your employees for new bowls and spoons for the soup. The employee then tried to give her two spoons. One of our guests wanted to order a cappuccino with oat milk, unfortunately the employee in question did not understand what was requested.We perceived Rodrigeuz-Richter as the person responsible for the event, but we were all the more disappointed when we found out at the end of our event that Ms. Rodrigeuz-Richter was no longer there. Ms. Rodrigeuz-Richter realized that day that we were not satisfied; we would have clearly wanted to speak to her before she left work.In summary, we can say that the service and management of the event by Ms. Rodrigeuz-Richter were disappointing.

Modernly furnished hotel. Everything neat, clean and good. The breakfast was also good.

Nice hotel, clean, if you want you can have room service every day or just decide when the change is, breakfast can be taken on site, restaurant a la card on site, prices good, WiFi, TV, small balcony or terrace with 2 chairs and a table available, what I missed are e.g. Gym or other things for leisure in the hotel. Nevertheless, I would go there again.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast nothing special. Every morning the same thing. On the last day we were informed in the dining room that we had not yet paid for our breakfast. How embarrassing since we had already paid for it a week in advance. Something like that doesn't work at all.
