Kneip- Ferien Nah am Strand

This year we booked a holiday apartment ("Hanni im Wangeroogeweg") through Kneip for the first time. Everything was completely fine and uncomplicated until we arrived.Unfortunately, after moving into the holiday apartment, we discovered that the equipment (a chair was missing) was not available for 5 people. However, the problem was solved 2 days later.On our second day there was no internet (limited data volume). We were not aware of this restriction because we booked a holiday home with internet. The problem was solved the next day by the owner adding additional data volume, but reoccurred two days later because the additional data volume was absolutely not sufficient for 5 people (including 3 teenagers). However, the owner has not provided any additional data volume. So we were without internet for 4 days out of 7 days.In addition, one day we didn't even have TV reception because the LNB on the satellite dish broke. Unfortunately, this problem wasn't solved until the next day. Unfortunately, we waited in vain for a call back in the evening. However, we were woken up by the technician at 8:15 a.m. the next morning. He only had a slot of half an hour to look at the problem.After submitting the review form with a reference to a corresponding review on Google, we were reimbursed around 5% of the rental price.But this doesn't change the fact that people are annoyed about the lack of internet and lack of interest on vacation, including from the owner.

We have been customers there for a long time. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Even if there is a problem, it will be taken care of immediately. The prices are fair and you can always find something suitable even with a dog.

Very nice people who work there. Helpful, even with minor requests or problems with the accommodation. Previously rented accommodations were always thoroughly cleaned. Gladly again!

Rental property: Driftwood!Absolutely not recommended!!!We found an apartment that had not been cleaned properly - complained about it. We couldn't be offered follow-up cleaning or another apartment because everything was fully booked. We were verbally promised that the entire costs would be reimbursed. After a lot of back and forth, it turned out that craftsmen were still in the apartment after cleaning.We were only reimbursed for the tourist tax and the final cleaning! The previously promised full refund to the colleague on site cannot be granted because the owners refer to the rental agreement!We didn't spend more than 30 minutes in the accommodation and left on the day of arrival!

Horumersiel is worth a holiday, the rental office close to the beach can also be reached by phone, can also be reached at Christmas and will quickly take care of any disasters. The Wangerland house is not recommended, is totally dirty and requires repairs.Many thanks to Ms. Hagenda for the support.

For almost 20 years we have been going to the North Sea regularly once a year to let go, relax and breathe. We have lived in both holiday apartments and holiday homes and have always been satisfied.Kneip Holidays have always been a reliable, well-organized and friendly companion for us.

We had a holiday apartment that wasn't actually rentable. Since the entire place was fully booked, it was not possible to find anything else. Since the office was closed (we overlooked the emergency number), we had to sleep in the “horror booth” for one night.The next morning we complained to the office about the condition of the apartment. They tried to organize another apartment for us without any problems, which unfortunately wasn't possible and we got all our money (including tourist tax) back in cash straight away. The service was super friendly and extremely accommodating, I really can't say anything against that. Whether the apartment in question should continue to be offered as such should be reconsidered.Thank you dear pub team for the smooth process.
