Very nice, bright, clean apartment, Ms. Janssen is super helpful - we booked spontaneously - everything worked out more than perfectly. The bedding smells like fresh sea breeze and is great. Sustainably dried outside 👍

We rented a very nice house in the middle of the village.The house was very nice, clean and had everything you needed.The contact with Ms. Janßen was warm and very uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice holiday in Horumersiel. The house is nice and spacious. The bedroom was really big, which I really liked. Everything you need is available in the house.All restaurants, shops e.g. Edeka, several bakers, Volksbank, souvenir shops, shoe shops are all within walking distance. It doesn't take very long to get to the dike. So everything you need for a nice holiday is there.Our vacation started a bit bumpy due to personal illness. But Silke Janßen is very confident with uscame. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! again Ms. Janßen!!!!!!We will come back next year!

We stayed in Horumersiel for 10 days in June, in a very nice, cozy and spacious apartment. This is located in the immediate vicinity of the center and the beach. We would like to thank our host, Ms. Janßen, for the wonderful holiday. We would love to come back

We were in the bottom right apartment, Rosenhus 2, at the end of October 2021.I cannot confirm the experiences of the two holidaymakers with only one star, at least for this year. I also don't know why the apartment should/could have been so dark. Maybe the shutters were still down. For evaluation.The first impression was really good. The apartment was very clean (and my wife is very picky). The apartment is not big, but cozy.Everything was there in terms of dishes, etc. Shower, towels everything ok. Everything went well with the booking, all telephone contacts were satisfactory, and the person I spoke to was always very friendly and accommodating.The location of the apartment is great. Quiet and yet central. The green area for my dog was only a few meters away and the “city center” was only a few meters further.Of course I also have something to complain about.There was no curtain in front of the floor-to-ceiling window/patio door. In order to achieve privacy, you would actually have had to lower the shutters. Thank God the apartment was at the back, where hardly anyone can get there.Wool blankets would also have been nice when sitting on the couch in the evening. So the heating always had to be turned up a little.And that brings us to the couch. At first glance it looks cozy but not so comfortable. Due to the small size of the room, the dimensions of the couch are appropriate. Unfortunately, it's not possible to lie comfortably on the couch if there are two of you - your feet hang over the edge.But all in all we were very satisfied with the apartment and can recommend it to others.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the holiday apartment today due to Corona. Ms. Janssen was very understanding. She refunded us the money immediately without any complications. We will be back!

The wrong apartment was confirmed when booking. Tried to clarify things several times. It took forever until the right apartment was confirmed. When we arrived there was a “shock”. Received wrong apartment. I'm still waiting today for a promised "accommodation". No response to emails and post - even registered mail. Great disappointment and anger. Never again!!!!

The lower right apartment in Deichstasse 9a is a complete disgrace, unclean and you have to turn on the light in the living room to see the couch, the terrace was too dirty to use, the service from Silke Janssen is super bad
