Simply fantastic! Went there for 2 nights last weekend. You can describe it in one word: fantastic. Whether it's service, rooms or the delicious, rich breakfast, everything is prepared and served with love. The entire hotel is furnished with a lot of love and taste and appears very clean. 🙂 Positive:The location in town, everything is within walking distance.The friendliness and service of the employees.The decor of the hotel was nice and tasteful.🙁 Negative:The rooms on the second floor were far too warm at 28 to 30 degrees. There was no air conditioning or ventilation. A fan might help.The WiFi was unstable.The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the quality and taste was not good and at 19.90 it was way too expensive!

A pleasant, well-equipped hotel with an extremely nice welcome structure, the friendly reception, the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, the inviting design of the lobby, the breakfast area and the rooms, everything gives you the feeling of being in the right place when you arrive.After a restful night in great beds, a generous breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired awaits us in an inviting breakfast area, which is harmoniously connected to the generously equipped lobby.The central location of the completely redesigned hotel means you are right in the middle of it all, without missing the soothing peace and quiet.There are parking spaces available directly near the hotel for cars and a "bicycle garage" for bicycles.Anyone looking for relaxation combined with a high level of comfort and attentive care has come to the right place.

Location within walking distance of the dike and beach.This is the second time we've been there and we'd love to come back. Our visit to the North Sea Jewel was simply fantastic. Very nice staff, really care about the guest. The hotel was sparsely visited out of season, so we were served breakfast at the table one day. That was really a very good breakfast, we were able to say in advance exactly what we would like and that's what we got. The rolls are a matter of taste, they were good, not quite what we usually like. Everything very well made and presented too.The cleaning service in the room was also good, you can't complain. What is a little annoying is the solution with the entrance door when you come to the hotel after 4 p.m. We find the thing with the map and the lock a bit strange and think it could be done better.During our stay the whole house was decorated for Christmas and we thought it was really nice. We were already in Horumersiel in the fall, but went to another hotel because we unfortunately didn't like the Halloween decorations at all and that was the reason not to go to the North Sea Jewel at that time. Less would certainly be more here, but that is purely a matter of taste.We would like to thank you for a really great stay and we would like to come back next year.Thank you for the lovely time.

Absolute recommendation without reservation. Here you can only feel comfortable. The guest in this hotel is by no means just a number, but is noticed and cared for very kindly. Super clean, nice big rooms, great breakfast and really, really great staff in all areas. It was our first time there and we'll definitely be back.

Everything was good, except the parking lot. For some rooms the parking lot is not paved. The crooked and crooked parking signs with the room number are not appropriate for a 4-star hotel and spoil the overall impression. What is particularly bad is that the curb in front of some parking spaces is not lowered. I can't drive my car over it without risking damaging the front apron. The curbs are so high that underbody and tire damage cannot be ruled out for fully occupied and fully loaded holiday cars.Urgent action is needed here.

I would like to thank the receptionist who organized a taxi for me yesterday, which was pretty much hopeless for me due to the storm and rain. Public transport didn't run. So I was able to look around the hotel lobby, warm up and dry off.It felt good!
