Nice boss! In addition to the accommodation agency, you will find an Otto, Hermes and drinks shop here. Drinks are also delivered to holiday apartments! The shop is within walking distance of Wangerooge train station.

This year we are on Wangerooge for the second time in a row. Both times we booked with the holiday oasis and didn't regret it.From start to finish the contact was friendly and accommodating.I cannot judge how problems will be dealt with during the stay because there have been no problems so far.Nevertheless, the boss on the phone and the employee always have a kind word for you if you meet him in town by chance.I can't comment on bed linen and towels either because I bring my own things.You can choose the location when you are looking for an apartment. We are more than happy with ours. Quiet location, but everything was great and within walking distance.I can only warmly recommend the holiday oasis and I already know that I would like to come back and book here again.At this point just THANK YOU to the Holiday Oasis team!!!

The booking went smoothly. The contact was very nice and all documents were sent to you straight away by email. Payment is due 14 days before arrival at the holiday apartment. Before arriving on the island you should contact a member of staff and say whether you will arrive on time. We have announced the arrival and departure times in advance. We flew with the island plane. The employee then waits in front of the airport building and gives you his key, a map of the island and lots of interesting information brochures from some of the operators and sights there.

We were interested in an apartment in the holiday oasis. After the really very unfriendly conversation on the phone, we are now refraining from doing so. The apartment looked really great, but booking your vacation is no fun! Unfortunately, the lady on the phone hasn't heard anything about friendliness. What a shame! We will now book with another housing agency.Edit: No, there is no confusion here. I just spoke to an employee at the holiday oasis on the phone.

Renting the apartment was ok, handing over the keys at the train station also worked well. However, the beds weren't made up and the towels we rented were super thin. You even had to remove the beds before you left. I find that outrageous for a price per laundry package/per person of 15.95 euros. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't really clean either. Complaints were not responded to.
