The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg was absolutely excellent and our stay here was unforgettable! From the first moment, we were captivated by the hotel's elegance, top service and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modernly furnished and with a wonderful view of the Autostadt. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room amenities met all our needs. The wellness center with an outdoor pool in the middle of factory chimneys had a unique atmosphere where we had a great rest. The staff was always smiling, professional and responded immediately to our requests. This hotel is a real luxury and we would love to come back. 5 stars

We stayed at the hotel twice this year. We were so impressed the first time that we came back a second time in a short space of time. We booked access to lunch on our last visit. We were very dissatisfied with the service here. At dinner the dishes piled up on our table and no one cleared them away. Difficult to choose food. On the day we were there there was almost only fish dishes, so the choice for non-fish eaters was very limited. We would have preferred to go to Aura for breakfast. Unfortunately there was no table for us here. In the lounge, there were no scrambled eggs or pancakes. We were also not offered any additional food. Upon request, egg dishes and pancakes were prepared for us. But this took a relatively long time. The children were very patient. The scrambled eggs had way too much pepper, so our son didn't eat them. No pancakes came but a waffle. The youngest's frustration was so great. The orange juice quickly ran out and was not refilled. And for so much money.

Oh, that was something. Great service, great room. Everything is elegantly furnished. Great mattress. Slept very well. Then breakfast came. In buffet form. Everything your heart desires. Different types of muesli, fresh fruit. Great selection of bread from the local bread factory. Various homemade jams, a large selection of cheese and sausages, various salmon variations and so on. Many types of tea and juices. Everything at its best. Very cozy atmosphere, nice staff.We felt really comfortable. Was a great experience.

The professional service, the location and the special ambience are what set this hotel apart. Ms. Bimgeni Marere worked in the service area and gave us extremely good advice. We are thrilled by the competence and warmth of the employee. All the other service staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Worth a trip is how the Michelin describes the 3 Michelin stars and this applies not only to the Aqua restaurant, where we had an unforgettable evening, but also to the entire hotel The Ritz Carlton in the beautiful Autostadt in Wolfsburg. We had a great, personal and unique stay that we will remember fondly. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Nagy from the Aura breakfast restaurant, who put a smile on your face in the morning with her little compliments and her cheerful nature. Simply worth the trip. We'll be back.

For some time now, my favorite hotel has been the Ritz Carlton, which I usually visit every 4-6 weeks. The hotel is not good, it is not very good either. It's simply indescribable! I have never felt both in a hotel and the staff was so attentive. A huge compliment to the entire team. Luxury and hospitality are really important here.

Great hotel, unfortunately some of the guests are a bit overexcited, there are too many classic McKinsey, BCG, MHP etc. consultants hanging around during the week, all of whom take themselves very seriously and don't create a good atmosphere. Therefore only recommended in exceptional cases.

The service was really first class - the staff were always friendly, helpful and always ready to accommodate our needs.The cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were immaculate and very well maintained, which contributed to an overall pleasant stay.I would particularly like to emphasize the commitment of the employees. You could tell that they take pride in their job and care about the well-being of their guests. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in housekeeping - the employees were attentive and professional everywhere.Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back. Great hotel with a spectacular pool in the Mittelland Canal.Had a great suite, very spacious. Unfortunately, there were two unsightly dark stains on the seat of a beige couch.The heating in the bathroom also worked in the summer, which made me very happy.

Staying at the Ritz really had everything you could want from a hotel. Personal welcome, luggage service and super attentive staff. The rooms were nice and the view of the VW factory was great. Particularly noteworthy is the spa and fitness area with the infinity pool in the Mittelland Canal. I also really liked the breakfast.The number of emails I received from Marriott and the Ritz Carlton within a week of my stay is definitely a negative. There were five of them, and the colleague at reception signed me up for the bonus program without my knowledge Registered and you also send a reminder every two days asking you to rate the hotel. Having to unsubscribe from newsletters everywhere is really not what I want to remember about this hotel.
