Outrageous behavior – absolutely not recommended!I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pension Ramona. The hostess was very unfriendly on the phone when I asked for the booking confirmation and check-in. When I finally arrived, she spoke to me through the window and refused to take me in. The reason? I had asked for a double room with a TV that supports Netflix. Her explanation was that I had “too high expectations.” Even after I accepted that there was no Netflix, I still wanted to move into the room, but she simply left me out in the cold with a cheeky "no." I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.Today, after leaving a review, I was massively bombarded with messages asking me to delete the review. I was told it was outrageous and even threats were made.

Worst hotel I've been to. I don't recommend it because the staff doesn't have good manners and doesn't respect the customer. I don't even want to talk about the food. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I am in Bad Soden-Salmünster for several months as part of my project work. Among other things, I stayed in the guesthouse for several weeks.The Pension Ramona has a beautiful and quiet location, close to the edge of the forest. The rooms are spacious (approx. 30 square meters) and very clean. There are double beds in each, approx. 2x2m and very comfortable. The rooms have a kettle, coffee powder and a free bottle of water. WiFi is available. And each of my rooms had a balcony. There are enough parking spaces available.I initially booked via a booking portal, then later directly with the landlord. Communication was always easy and quick. Booking and confirmation usually via WhatsApp - very uncomplicated.I am very satisfied with the Pension Ramona and would be happy to come back at any time.

Starting with a warm welcome, I immediately felt at home.My room is large, with a balcony. The sanitary facilities are super clean.A great mattress!!!!The breakfast also left nothing to be desired.I'd love to come back.

I cannot rate the stay... because my reservation was canceled. Got a room from September 23rd on August 27th. Reserved directly with the Neubert family until September 25th, 2022 to visit my husband during his rehabilitation stay (the reservation was confirmed to me, a deposit, which I offered, was not required. On September 19th I was informed that my Reservation was canceled, reason: corporate customers extended. That's an outrage. At first there was no room to be found in Bad Soden Salmünster. Thank God I didn't have to miss the visit.

Everything great! Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is great. Breakfast was decent and time for breakfast could be arranged. Landlords are very friendly and accommodating. And we were even able to check out later than specified.Therefore recommended, especially if you want to stay a few days.

A huge compliment to the Neubert family.We (6 people in 4 generations) spent a very nice weekend in the guesthouse.We had 3 rooms and they were very lovingly decorated and each one was individually decorated. The rooms are very clean with a couch, refrigerator, kettle and balcony and matching seating. Our personal highlight were the bedside lamps which provided our cell phones with inductive charging.A book, free water bottle, tea and coffee invited you to linger.Quiet area, comfortable high beds ensured a good night's sleep.Breakfast had something for everyone, whether rolls with savory or sweet toppings, warm eggs, muesli, yoghurt, fruit and orange juice.General wishes could have been expressed, but we lacked nothing.Communication was always very nice whether before booking, during or after departure.We definitely recommend it and hope to have free rooms when we are in the area again.

Very nice guesthouse in a quiet location. Our room was very spacious, cozy and tastefully decorated, the bathroom and living/sleeping area were clean and tidy. We were really positively surprised. Very friendly and attentive hostess.Definitely a very good tip that you can pass on to friends and acquaintances with a clear conscience.

Very nice and clean guesthouse with very attentive and friendly hosts.Quiet and good location. Ideal for walks (e.g. to the thermal baths or in the forest). Mecca for motorcyclists, the host drives a noble motorcycle himself. Nice and very clean room with its own balcony that invites you to relax. A decent breakfast in a cozy atmosphere rounds the whole thing off. We'd love to come back.

Great price/performance ratio. Very attentive and friendly hosts. Not everyone will like the style of the furnishings, but everything is nice and clean and that's what really counts. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and kettle. There's definitely something about sitting on your own balcony at lunchtime and drinking a coffee.
