Although the staff accepted my reservation very friendly over the phone and greeted me in a friendly manner in the evening, I would only like to give 2 stars. I was given the last small room without notice that I had to share the bathroom in the hallway with another room. In principle this would be ok for 48 euros a night, but I was allowed to pay 88 euros a night for the smallest room with a bathroom in the hallway. It was an absolute disgrace. In Augsburg at the train station you can get larger and nicer rooms for the price. In addition, there was no towel for the floor in the bathroom and the floor had to be walked on wet and there was no soap in the dispenser. The remaining rooms didn't look like 4.6 stars on Google either. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I ate at its restaurant several times. We find Bavarian food, but not only that. Overall good and reasonably priced. In summer you can eat outside. The staff is quite friendly and the waiting time is decent. The location of the hotel is mixed, as it overlooks a main road, but it is a stone's throw from the train station.

I can't rate the hotel but we went here with friends for the breakfast buffet and it was really great. Cozy atmosphere, good service and a great selection at the buffet. The ice cream dishes were also delicious. We'll definitely come back again.

Very close to the main station, a nice hotel a bit basic but OK. I had a problem with first night room but they changed it for the rest of my staying there. I loved two things of this hotel: the kindness of small lady with glasses at breakfast room, when she saw I always use lemon in the tea, she gave me without asking and a little island on the first floor when you can prepare a tea or coffee if you like, as no kettle in the room. But this little " bar" is really a great idea for customers. The hotel is close to a mall, if you go right out of the hotel and a bit shop if you go left. City centre is also at walking distance, fact is that the city is really really small with majority if shops closing at 18.
