Ferienhof Mangold

We had a 12 day vacation here this year.We consciously chose a farm where the kids can actively help. Whether cows, sheep, rabbits or guinea pigs, you could see everything and even pet or eat it.The hosts were very welcoming right from the start and we had a good chemistry here, so it could only be nice.We had booked the panoramic apartment. Everything is furnished with attention to detail and is also very practical. The apartment had been replaced with a shower, but these details can all be found on the website.There is also a heated pool, a digging house (digging box in a wooden house), a playhouse, a large play area in the main house, four swings, a seesaw, a trampoline, various mini tractors, etc. available for the kids. There really is something here for every child up to at least 6 years old.In the evenings we were always able to help in the stable when the cows and calves needed to be fed. In the end it was a lot of fun for our kids and the hosts were always open to questions and even intervened if it wasn't carried out properly, which was also good.What we found nice was that the farm was a little above Weiler, so it was pleasantly quiet and you had a nice view.All in all, we felt really comfortable here and even if it takes a while, we will definitely come back.Oh yeah...I almost forgot.Basic catering is also offered.If you don't feel like walking or driving, you can use or purchase various drinks, eggs, milk from your own cows, rolls, washing machine and dryer.Many thanks again to the entire Mangold family. 😀

We spent the long October weekend with the Mangold family on the farm and had a great time. The apartment was super clean, the family was very, very hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Everything was explained and shown to us on the farm and in the stable, which was the highlight for our children. There are delicious rolls, milk and eggs. Plus lots of great play options indoors and outdoors! Thank you very much, dear Mangold family! We'd love to come back next year!

We stayed at the Mangold holiday farm for 4 nights at the beginning of September (unfortunately only so short). The time was really lovely, great farm, great hosts. Our kids (2 boys, 6 + 4) particularly liked the pool, the large trampoline on our terrace and working with the cows in the stables. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to use the pool every day. A very welcome refreshment every afternoon when we returned from a trip.The apartment was equipped with everything you need.Great environment with lots of excursion destinations. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful short vacation with the Mangold family. The apartment was very nice and modernly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable. It was also lovingly designed for the children, with a play kitchen, sandpit, playhouse, mud kitchen, pool and of course helping out in the stable. There were also extra toys in the common room in the house.We always ordered fresh rolls and milk in the morning, which was wonderful.The Mangold family is very warm, friendly and explains everything you want to know.We'll definitely come back.
