The room is a family room but with 2 bedrooms. Optimal living situation. The lady at check in was lovely.The location is central but quiet due to the rear building.You can go out to eat next door.There are X more possibilities in the area.Shopping is also very closepossible.We are thrilled and will stay here again on our next vacation.A fantastic weekend spent in a great city with great accommodation.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There is a Chinese woman working at the reception who yells at customers. Does not stand on ceremony with clients, does not delve into problems. …

The bottom line is that I was very satisfied, smokers can smoke early in the courtyard, you could perhaps put an ashtray there, arrival is only possible at certain times, but that doesn't affect the guesthouse, the parking garage was very expensive, just because the park app doesn't have that Bank number swallows.Otherwise, I'm always happy to recommend it, and if Berlin is planned then it's completely sufficient.For me it was clean. WiFi great and service friendly.

In June 2023 we lived in the guesthouse as a group of 3 people with 2 small dogs. The rooms are very clean, the staff is courteous and takes care of all your wishes, e.g. An iron to meet. The guesthouse is very centrally located. It offers coffee for breakfast in the area and many other restaurants around the corner. The U-Bahn/S-Bahn station is also within easy walking distance.We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!!!

This pension has a very good location which is near to tram and train stops, some famous restaurants, and vintage clothing shops. My room is clean and with good view.The location of this hotel is very good, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and famous second-hand clothing stores around. The room was very clean and had a balcony outside. The service is very attentive. It is the best choice at this price

So…. Regarding previous recessions:The room was found cold, which I think is good because of Covid, there is a heater and the room gets warm.Kettle: We got it the same evening after requesting it.We have a Do Not Disturb sign.The reception next door in the restaurant, different than usual but super friendly and very attentive. What I personally find most important.The location: MEGA! Great area, there is nothing that is nothing here. Shopping, SBahn around the corner!Room: basic, but very clean. Also cleaned daily. Price performance absolutely fair.We didn't hear any neighbors.We will come back and thank you for staying with you. All the best!

Rooms look bigger in the pictures than our room actually was.The rooms were very clean.The hotel is very centrally located. Great! It is well connected by public transport.According to the pictures when booking, there is a breakfast room. This doesn't seem to exist, instead it is a restaurant that only opens in the evening.A coffee machine in the room makes little sense to me if there are no cups or coffee filters.

Located in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood, the Metro and Tram stops are very close and convenient (also because being half an hour from the center you need it to go and visit anything). Why two stars? Because the reception is in a Chinese restaurant, the girl who welcomed us answers in German if you speak English, the room is made up every morning but there were three inches of dust on the bed shelf. All for €400 for 5 nights and as a welcome a nice frozen room with the radiator completely turned off. Independence and a slightly wild stay are fine... but at least lower the price a little.

Small rooms, but clean and well-kept. The only equipment missing was a kettle. The reception is located in the Chinese restaurant next to the entrance. No parking, the owner recommended parking in a nearby shopping center for €5 per day. I recommend.

I have to honestly say that I am incredibly impressed with the entire accommodation. First of all, the good location in Prenzlauer Berg and the nearby subway station. Then there’s the fair price of €100 for 3 people. The room was totally sufficient and was cleaned daily. The owners, who also own the restaurant right on the street, were incredibly friendly and cooked extra for us in the evening 5 minutes before the kitchen closed. In any case, we have saved the accommodation for further visits.

Wouldn't recommend it. The room itself was fine, but the conditions are really not good for the price you pay.Here is a summary:* No kettle in the room* No filters for the coffee machine* The safe is simply placed loose in the cupboard and can simply be taken outside under the arm*There is no information about check-in and check-out times. Also no other information such as Do Not Disturb card in the room. You will also not receive this information during check-in.* The room has no air extraction and no air exchange, so the window must be opened.* after the first night the cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 0800 to ask if the room needed to be cleaned. Everyone awake.* The reception is in a Chinese restaurant and there is occasionally an English-speaking person present.* The rooms are located in a large apartment complex where people are constantly walking in and out. It is very noisy and you hear everything in the hallways.Our room was adjacent to a courtyard:*Where there were glass bins and where objects and glass were often thrown into them noisily.* Where there were also bicycles in the racks that were taken away with a loud noise early in the morning at 6.30*Where residents opened their windows and played music all day long.Every morning we woke up several times from 6:30 am with windows and doors closed.The pinnacle came on the last evening. We couldn't find anyone who spoke English to check the checkout time. They didn't understand anything.Then in the morning someone was banging on the door in a very awkward and rude manner....They insist that you pay in advance during check-in, and we understand why!

My friend and I went traveling all over Europe, trying to do it on a budget, and we were so lucky to have found this pension as a place to stay in Berlin! It's near some fantastic restaurants and breakfast places, as well as a short walk away from the train/bus stations (which is good because to get to all the monuments and such you'll want to take public transportation). We read past reviews before booking so we knew that it was owned by the same people who ran the Chinese restaurant next door and that their "reception" would have the same hours as the restaurant (i.e. it wasn't 24/7 and leave baggage wasn't an easy option). This however, did not stop the owners from being amazing nor stop the place from being amazing and one of the best locations we stayed at during our trip to Europe! We checked in at 3pm and were walked to our room and given a physical key to the front door and our door. The room was small but clean and just right for what was needed - a bed, a small desk, built in closet space, it even came with a tv, a coffeemaker, and a fridge/freezer! The bathroom was clean and the shower had fantastic water pressure. We ate at their restaurant the night we checked-in and it is a MUST DO, you have to make a reservation since the food is made to order but it was delicious - some of the best crispy duck I have ever had! During our stay, we noticed our ceiling fan wasn't working when the overhead light was off (which was a big deal for us since Europe was going through a heat wave at the moment and we were on the first floor so didn't feel safe leaving the window open). They quickly checked on our room to try and fix it, and when they couldn't I asked if they had a standing fan we could just use and within minutes they came back with one! The room was cleaned everyday and towels were provided (along with amenities). Check out was quick and easy, 11am just left the key on the table inside the room! Would 100% recommend and stay/eat here again!
