As long as I write I will not cover everything. In the end I preferred to pay for another hotel and not stay. And although we asked to move with the full difference to another apartment in Berlin belonging to the operating company, we were refused. We were very tired. That's why we turned to the service only the second morning. After bouts of sneezing and runny nose that rarely happen to both of us in Berlin. There were no pedestals for armchairs and a stove that appeared in the pictures. And not even a microwave. Kettle was full of scale and the toaster was rusted. The apartment is full of dust that has not been cleaned for a long time. Stains on bedding and curtains. Worn parquet. There is no carpet for cleaning feet. There is no wardrobe.Even though I transferred a deposit and filled out forms around 12:00Even at 16:30 I did not receive permission (entry from 15:00).And only on the phone the matter was resolved. Then we had to call again because the code didn't work and we spent long minutes until the representative admitted that there was a problem and let us into the apartment next door, which he said was the same and ready. The apartment is in a noisy location where many people pass by. On the wall behind the bed you can hear the rehearsals from the music school. Even inside the apartment itself, the heating system is constantly making noise. The vent in the shower did not work. And no matter how many windows we opened, the apartment was unpleasantly empty. In the stairwell there is a constant pungent smell of urine. In the customer service, they responded as if this had not been going on for years (although a retrospective review here and on other review sites shows that the same problems have existed for several years). It really pissed me off. Because the problems are known. And some of them are not difficult to solve. It's just disrespectful.

Initially we had the wrong access code, but this was quickly sorted out over the phone. The room is okay, equipped with the minimum, so for 5 nights only 2 rolls of toilet paper and a large and a small towel for everyone. In the kitchen there were 5 capsules of coffee and a few bags of tea, but neither sugar nor salt, just leftover pepper and oil.Since the room was on the ground floor and the entrance gate to the apartment building was always open (it smelled of urine in the front building), you didn't have a particularly good feeling when airing it out at night, as signs of break-ins could already be seen on the entrance door to the apartment. But thank God nothing happened. In my opinion, the price was rather high at over €800 for 5 nights, but I would have expected more. But what is definitely to be criticized is the cleanliness, there was clearly a mold problem in a wall niche in the kitchen and the shower wall was also full of dirt and mold inside, which clearly shows that it wasn't cleaned properly and also the scratchy throat explained that during the stay I had...

Large, spacious apartment. Relatively central, good public transport connections. However, the room is not comfortable.Unfortunately the room was not ready at check-in time. When we wanted to get into the room, our assigned pin (and that of the neighbor) was wrong, so we couldn't check in.After a phone call we finally got a new pin.Unfortunately the room was absolutely not comfortable. The floor was completely messed up, all the cables on the TV were hanging down, the bathroom was dirty. It was super loud at night, you could hear every step of the neighbors. The boiler started every 5 minutes and because the apartment was on the ground floor you couldn't ventilate it. I was traveling there for work and was dependent on a reasonably good internet connection. Internet was available, but at a speed that was not usable. The TV could also only play 3 channels. We definitely wouldn't book it again.

Great location on the north side of Berlin but that’s it. Price for 3 nights was good but shame on me for booking this place. Much better options elsewhere. Apartment felt dingy and dirty. Ground floor with a massive door lock/bar as the owners told us they wanted us to lock it all the time. Kitchen was incomplete and there is no place to sit and relax. Table for 6 took up all the room in the kitchen. Countertops felt sticky. No place to hang clothes due to limited furniture. Inside courtyard was messy and no place to relax. Shower doors leaked. Noisy area with lots of foot traffic. Find somewhere else off the ground floor.

Far too expensive for what is offered. Only 1 bathroom for 3 rooms or 7 people. 2 balconies on a fairly quiet street where unfortunately you are not allowed to smoke!!! WiFi is ok. Kitchen is incomplete and certainly not suitable for extensive cooking.
