Plus, great views and beautiful excursion destinations nearby, you won't get bored. Minus, reception times could be longer, as could the sale of the bakery stand. Because you should keep in mind that people sleep longer on vacation and the reception closes at 11 a.m. and the bread roll sales close at 8.30 a.m. very early. A dishwasher would have been nice too, but that's complaining at a high level.. Conclusion: you can last a good 14 days here... oh well, the stagecoach restaurant is highly recommended.

Apartments were recognized as being in need of a new coat of paint, but the first houses are already being modernized.Very nicely located with a great view.The "Postkutsche" restaurant here in the complex is not only popular with visitors, but also with locals! Tasty and not overpriced...Reception opening times could be slightly longer outside of arrival and departure days.The small thing applies to the bakery stand!But, we will definitely come back here at some point 😁

This place is great for relaxing. Good air, everything is clean and great for hiking. I can only recommend eating in the Postkutsche restaurant. We'd love to come back.

A great place for families

The holiday complex is beautifully located and absolutely suitable for relaxing days. A large playground offers enough opportunities for small and medium-sized children to let off steam. Up to this point I would probably give at least 4 stars. We have been there several times and always had a great time. Unfortunately, our last stay led to lasting irritation. In particular, the behavior of the investment manager really annoyed me. We were given incorrect keys and when we asked the manager, he said that it was our own fault because we had rebooked at short notice. According to his understanding, we caused the problem because we rebooked. The deposited keys were in a bag with the old room number crossed out and the new number written down. However, they forgot to exchange the keys.We subsequently complained to the recreation center about the manager and also that the sauna facility was closed for our entire stay (5 nights). Contrary to information given over the telephone by the recreation center before the start of the trip, the opinion was now expressed that there was no lack of travel because the travel days were public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays (Easter weekend).We are fully aware that the Recreation Center's holiday facilities are not hotel-level facilities with 24/7 service. But is it really too much to ask to get correct travel documents on site? And if this is not the case, not to be blamed for it? Is it really too much to ask if certain local services are only available to a limited extent to inform the travel participants in advance (e.g. no bread service over the Easter holidays)?Human error is not bad. We wanted (and we communicated this to the recreation center) that the manager would apologize for his misconduct. Unfortunately it didn't happen.We wanted the recreation center to provide us with some form of financial support for all the inconveniences (trouble with the manager, closed sauna, limited bread roll service). Unfortunately it didn't happen.So in the end the conclusion for me is: 1 star.

Great facility in a fantastic setting

Great holiday resort, everything super clean, amazing view. Everyone very nice. Great sauna. Difficult to walk as a disabled person.
