Basically OK, breakfast didn't work at all, chat via WhatsApp works semi well. Unfortunately no recommendation. But the room was good and the location is anyway.

Simply magical; nice alternative to a hotel room!

HACKER in the booking system. During our stay we were asked again to pay the price on WhatsApp and Booking.com. Everything seemed very serious and official because the price was processed that way when booking. Nevertheless, we were amazed and called customer service. The answer was that this was fraud and happened often. The NUMA concept has a high security risk. Luckily we followed our instincts and didn't pay the sums again.STRANGERS appear in the room because they “mistakenly” received the same room code as us. I was also lightly dressed. As a woman, it's very unpleasant when a strange man appears in my room.Bad service and bad communication. Everything is very anonymous and impersonal.Service seems stupid (via WhatsApp). A system error is always the excuse for mismanagement, even though we booked a room WITH a balcony.Our other family members, who arrived at the hotel today, a day later, have exactly the same case as us. Again it's just a system error, the room you booked is not available, this time you get a supposed upgrade WITH a balcony, but this room is again WITHOUT a balcony. It is called Five Star Service, this is NOT included.Our room smells like urine and feces, unbearable. We booked this hotel because it brought back old memories of the Ackselhaus and also created the standard and feel-good effect. NUMA, on the other hand, has deteriorated the value of this place.The rooms were also not clean upon arrival. It feels like a shared room that was previously lived in and wasn't left hygienically (smell). The rooms with balconies are certainly nicer and meet the promised standard and do NOT stink. However, our replacement room without a balcony does not.The best thing: booking.com says that there are still some rooms WITH A BALCONY available, but we are not entitled to them, even though we explicitly booked them.Towards the end of our stay we got another, more pleasant room for one night, but AGAIN with great effort, anonymous phone calls and misunderstandings. On the day of departure we were shooed out of the room by the cleaning staff at 11 a.m., even though we had booked a late check out at 1 p.m.Our time was unenjoyable as we only faced problems and ultimately had to take care of everything ourselves.It's a shame, the hotel felt like an oasis, but this has seriously deteriorated. Unfortunately it's my last time here.Great for the change in society if you want to check in here anonymously, impersonally and digitally. However, I am happy when I still have to deal with people in service. It is also impossible to speak to a “superior” or at least to a person who has a reasonable command of German and understands the issue.LG

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the hotel. It smells like a drain, it's dirty (baseboards in the bathroom are missing), the glasses are dirty and we were forbidden to book breakfast for certain days, even though there is a menu in the restaurant on the ground floor. Nobody could be reached by phone. So there are no service staff. Accordingly, no cleaning service in the room. If we had compromised on the location, we would have gotten a much better hotel for the same price. So if you don't have to rely on Prenzelberg, you should consider booking.

Close to transportation, takes a few minutes on tram to and from Alexanderplatz. Such a lovely apartment, with a pretty courtyard with fish pond, easy checkin and checkout, no fuss. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, there's a very nice french cafe just down the same street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Looked like one of these old travel lodges with tall ceilings. The art work in the room was a bit sad, but good apartment overall.

I loved it! I encourage you to visit them and have the great experience as well.
