We are currently staying in this great hotel in the Allgäu for two nights and are very impressed so far. The hotel itself is a real eye-catcher, modern and comfortably furnished with attention to detail. The spa area leaves nothing to be desired with several saunas, relaxation rooms, warm and cold pools. The food is a dream from breakfast to lunch to dinner, varied and everyone will find something. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Our room in the main building overlooking the tennis courts is clean, stylishly furnished and the beds are very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet hotel for complete relaxation with culinary pampering, you have definitely come to the right place.

Super quiet location Just right to relax and switch off! Super varied food, where everyone can find something. Pools and Spar very modern. My only criticism would be that the outdoor pool is a bit cold. great hotel, would love to come back!😀

A very nice hotel in terms of external appearance, with attractive furnishings in the lobby, bar and other publicly accessible rooms.Rooms vary greatly in terms of furnishings, bathrooms and modernity.Breakfast large selection, fresh products.Dinner (buffet) canteen style. Partly dried and cold main dishes. Everything is a bit bland and far from an upscale level.Service is friendly and good.The behavior of the reception staff is inappropriate. We experienced very unfriendly treatment several times (from the younger woman and gentleman at the reception). Started with no help with luggage or a bag when accompanying me to the room. Continuing with sharp comments and no friendly greeting when passing by (with an empty reception, no rush of guests).Very disappointing and also not in keeping with the advertised level of the hotel.

We regularly go to the Hotel Tannenhof. We are always amazed by the friendliness of the employees. This time I have to praise their restaurant boss Philipp. He is the friendliest employee at the Tannenhof. He reads every wish from the guests' lips. He is also always friendly to children. We chose this hotel to end our vacation. The welcome was very friendly and we appreciated that the house was shown. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The generous shelf in the bathroom was particularly practical. Unfortunately our mattresses were quite sagging, that shouldn't have been the case.We were very disappointed with the restaurant staff. That doesn't fit with the overall impression at all. The atmosphere was very tense and the processes were uncoordinated. I was bothered by the long distances from the guests to the buffet and the staff always had to walk them. So it was constantly restless and we had to make space for each other. These long distances from the service staff are not optimal in my opinion, as it always took a long time for the drinks to arrive. In addition, we always had to make ourselves known to order something. At breakfast, for example, we often only received coffee at the end and had to get up to order it from the staff. With the exception of Philipp, I found the staff to be cold and short. For me, the staff wasn't properly trained and everyone kind of did everything. I was very concerned that a table had not been reserved or actively cleared for a guest in a wheelchair when they drove into the restaurant. The staff continued to work as if it was none of their business. Another guest then quickly offered the couple his seat.Résumé: When checking out we paid 2000 euros for four people for three nights. We were not asked how the stay was. All in all, the price/performance ratio isn't right for us because the restaurant part is a big part of it. We would not book the hotel again, our expectations were not met.

We were guests at a wedding and had already heard about the excellent ambience, service and culinary delights that the hotel is supposed to offer.Unfortunately, this does not correspond to our experiences. We had two permanently assigned service staff, one of whom spoke German and was also intelligent. Unfortunately, the wines that were served did not provide any enjoyment. The potatoes were completely forgotten in my main course and the size of the dish generally left a lot to be desired. All in all, there were several complaints about the food within the company.I feel sorry for the bride and groom because they had to pay 150.00 euros per person for this evening without drinks because the wedding cake was still frozen in the middle.At 2:30 a.m. the staff declared the party over because the alcohol had run out. Anyone with gastronomic experience knows that this statement only means one thing: it's over for you!

More self-care is not possible!Our time at this resort was just what we needed. When it comes to self-care, you can't do it better than this. The entire resort exudes an atmosphere of relaxation and there are countless opportunities to treat yourself. Surrounded by sporty people of all ages who jog, swim and play tennis, you immediately feel inspired.You had the opportunity to order a drink anywhere in the resort - be it outside by the pool, inside by the cozy fireplace, or in the various wellness areas. These ranged from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool, whirlpool, the diverse sauna area and the quiet whispering area. Here everyone can find exactly the relaxation they are looking for.The breathtaking nature with views of the mountains and the stream rounds off the experience perfectly. Although the resort was busy, there was never a feeling of stress. It only got a little more crowded at dinner, but this was because many guests avoided the outside area because of the wasps. Nevertheless, the food was served quickly, accompanied by pleasant live music.If you really want to pamper yourself and recharge your batteries, you must definitely visit this resort. It is the perfect place for relaxation and luxurious self-care.
