Been there from EBS, I absolutely cannot recommend accommodation!6-bed room with a mini closet and everything was dirty - the windows and floors were full of yellow and black spots. I was really surprised that there were no bed lice.- The kitchen is a complete fever dream, with a rancid mini stove, not even the minimum equipment available. No sharp knives, bowls or glasses, not even a dishwasher. The dishes were always smeared.But there is a dirty microwave.There was leftover food and dust everywhere on the floor and between the benches, as well as vomit (?) on the windowsill. No idea what it was.But the cleaner wasn't interested. Garbage was taken out and the bathroom was hosed down with a hose once a week...The bathroom is just as disgusting. Fittings calcified and dirty, black spots on walls and floors and you couldn't even put the shampoo down without it all breaking and flying onto the floor.Then the cleaner asks what needs to be cleaned... I recommend going through an intensive briefing with the "cleaning staff" again so that they know how cleaning works and the simplest hygiene standards can be guaranteed.

Sleep in the hostel for two nights. The hostel was old, dirty and smelled bad. The showers also had little pressure. Would not recommend this to others.

If you only want to crash and shower this could be your place. Dusty corners, dirty walls, but shower/toilet quite ok. Beds, well…the mattresses dirty and old, but clean bedlinen and towels. Our room smelled like ashtray. Big kitchen for everybody to use, many fridges, microwave, elect.kettle and a freezer. Easy to reach by bus and U-bahn/train (even from the airport) also quite near. No disturbances, but one could hear the doorbell and people in the patio and stairway. Many small (kebab) restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

So, I stayed at this hostel in Berlin for about two weeks. It's in a residential neighborhood near Soldiner Kiez in Mitte, and it's not really a touristy area. Most of the people who stay there are Berliners who need a temporary place to live. The hostel is pretty old and outdated, but it has a shared kitchen with two burners for like 12 rooms, which was really convenient for cooking. They should probably add a couple more burners though. Most of the staff only speaks German, so if you don't speak German, it might be a bit tough to communicate with them. The cleanliness was just okay, the room was pretty dusty. But overall, I think it was a good value for the price.

Quality of the rooms is okay. One point of criticism is that the toilets and shower toilets are not completely clean and the bathroom is not completely clean. But quite okay. Like a small apartment, I can only recommend it. Actually cheap and inexpensive

I believed that people who did not invest in their businesses were only Latino, let's say like an unfortunate stereotype; But, to my surprise, there are people like this all over the world, including Germany and specifically this Hostel that remains standing because people who don't know where they are going to stay, like me, book their stay and once they are there it is too late to leave. to another place; I say all this because of the deplorable conditions of the facilities, the lack of cleanliness, the lights in the bathrooms that did not work, and in general a state of abandonment that the place has. If you land on the first floor, it's even worse; What is redeemable is the good attitude and kindness of the guy in charge. I hope they invest in it and it improves

Good location in a relatively quiet areaAccessible by transport with multiple choicesWhat I really liked was the freedom to cook yourself at any time, with an equipped kitchen and everything you need with a fridge in each room.I stored food there and no one touched itWhat I didn't like was the mistake made by the maid who changed my bed by mistake because she and the receptionist thought I was leaving on Friday when I paid to stay until SundayShe checked and it was until Sunday and not Friday that I was stayingStill happy that I noticed this error when coming to look for an oversight otherwise I end up with pale blue chocolate and I would have filed a complaint with the PolizeiPlus when I arrive, there's a lot of noise in the hallway

It is located in a pleasant area, about t km from the center. The room was clean, bed linen and towels were included in the price. The common areas (bathroom, kitchen) were quite dirty and were not cleaned while we were there.

If you just need a bed, that's fine, but nothing more. The room was very dark and difficult to ventilate. The drains in the bathroom were blocked. Overall, an unkempt impression throughout the hostel.

Is ok for a short stayLuckily we didn't have any bed bugs. The mattresses are so good. However, the bathrooms and the walls in the rooms are very dirty, and I always had to clean the toilet beforehand. I can't recommend it, but if it has to be cheap 🤷🏼♀️You can get better for the same price.

We were a little early but checking in wasn't a problem. The lady kindly helped us to the room. There we first checked for bed bugs, as you should always do. Unfortunately, I found one in the last corner of the mattress. Then reported it to reception. Whereupon people would immediately jump up in shock and look and take photos. Together we then looked for a suitable solution. This was also found and everything was done easily as desired. We were really a bit sorry because everything looked okay for the price. The problem is therefore being actively combated. Very happy with the service

We spent 3 nights in the hostel with quite a bit of fear after reading the reviews and fortunately in our case it wasn't so bad. There were no bedbugs or cockroaches, but the service was not good since they did not speak anything other than German and did not want to make themselves understood. The room is quite spacious with tables and individual lockers. The area is not the best and you could hear police sirens all the time. It has quite a few supermarkets nearby. The bathrooms and common areas could be cleaner.

I tell you about my experience in this hostel. I stayed last July on an interrail with 2 other colleagues and I have to say that this hostel has positive and negative things.Positives:Cheap, nice roommates, clean bathroom (1 per room), variety of supermarkets near the hostel, good check-out and check-in times, spacious rooms with refrigerator for each room and table in the center, lockers for each person in the roomNegatives:The location is not very good, not only because of the distance from the hostel to the center but also because of the neighborhood itself, which does not convey much security (although nothing happened to us during the time we were there)The sheets do not seem to be completely clean, we were surprised the first night by the smell they hadThe owner of the hostel is an older person who, if he doesn't think you're nice, talks down to you, but we seemed nice to him and there was no problem.
