Some rooms, bathrooms and hallways need general cleaning.The price is ok.You can park for free and I have to say the breakfast is really, really filling.

In October I was a guest at the Mückenberger Hof for the second time this year for 3 nights.The house and my room were very clean and the staff was very friendly.It was almost nicer now because everything was already very familiar.I will definitely come back.

Were there early on Men's Day. My Reinhard ate shashlick there. It tasted great. Went back there after our round. The waiters are very friendly! The bratwurst was delicious. Unfortunately, by midday the rolls were all sold. But there was also a lot of people there! Keep it up!

We have stayed with the nice, friendly team several times and remain loyal to the house. The rooms are not a 5 star hotel, why should they be, the whole house makes a decent impression and the team is very attentive. We will be back

Worst accommodation I've ever had to sleep in. At breakfast there are no fresh rolls, just old dry ones that aren't even baked properly. The yogurt is already open, probably because it looks like it's already expired. The kitchen, which you could use in the evening if it wasn't locked, is just an outdated stove that doesn't get really warm. When I asked if the kitchen could be unlocked, the answer was very unfriendly: “Only the boss has a key and she is on vacation”.Dear Mückenberger Hof team, you are a service provider, just for your information.We continue with the bathrooms where the showers are sometimes moldy and the rooms are not cleaned either. Worst accommodation and not worth a single cent!!!!

Absolute disaster, this hotel is not a hotel but an imposition. At the breakfast buffet the lids of the yoghurts are off so that you can't see the best-before date and there was women's hair in our foot towel in the musty smelling bathroom. The service is very unfriendly. Our tour group was accused of things that didn't happen. (Apparently a bed was moved by 30cm)The absolute hammer, however, is that in our third week here the kitchen was closed for self-catering on the grounds that we had left rubbish there.(Update from 9/13/23:In the morning a colleague asked the rude lady who was making breakfast whether the kitchen was still being opened. Quote: “Instructions from the boss, the kitchen stays closed.”)We were also completely ripped off and treated unfriendly at the neighboring and associated Pizza Bowling Treff. The good price made up for the mediocre stay.The staff at breakfast were unfriendly, everything at breakfast generally seemed counted and packaged and no one in our group dared to eat the strange looking "scrambled eggs". I didn't even find breakfast because it was on the 1st floor and I didn't have any information about it.The furnishings in the rooms were only attractive if the lights were turned off. Unfortunately there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and the ventilation there was so loud that you just wanted to get out of there quickly.

Where should you even start… the breakfast is quite monotonous and boring. It's definitely not fresh.The rooms are OK but not more than functional. There is a “kitchen” that is available to everyone and does not deserve the name kitchen. There is a microwave, kettle and old camping stove that doesn't get warm. Since we were accommodated there by the employer for three weeks, we had to make do with it. The real scandal came last week. We were harassed by the hotel boss in such a way that she closed the kitchen and it was no longer accessible to us. This was then said rudely and cheekily to your face. If I could I would give this minus stars. Overall, we can only advise against accommodating anyone here. We were there for three weeks and the 24th, which means she made her cut and she could have behaved herself.
