I have never experienced such bad service... and I come from the hotel industry myself:In November 2023 I reserved a room for myself and my girlfriend so that I could get to the hotel within walking distance from the party... That's why I chose this hotel - and I had blocked even more rooms... so that other guests could also leave the party were able to stay within walking distance.The day of the party in Sep'24 had arrived(11 months after booking) - and the lady at the hotel was completely overwhelmed! The hotel was completely OVERBOOKED -Not only did she act according to the “First In” concept.. This means for her: no matter WHEN you booked.. you check in first.. you get a room..and the others are moved to another hotel (20 minutes by car from the original hotel... without informing the guest beforehand - And don't forget: the hotel was booked because of its "walkability"...Then the lady became really rude when we complained about her handling of simply evicting guests. There was no insight from the lady - who doesn't have her job under control - because she was constantly calling someone to rebook , would cancel... and the evicted guests would complain...But hello: this is the core business in a hotel - guests book, cancel... rebook... and complain even if they are simply rebooked.NEVER this hotel again - incredibly poor service and incompetent reception staff!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the hotel because I couldn't move into my room despite making a reservation and written confirmation. I traveled over 200km to attend a biker party and had to drive home overnight because someone apparently incompetent was working at the reception. The lady didn't even apologize for messing up. On the contrary, she claimed that it was our own fault. Incredible!!! Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one who didn't get the room I booked. This is exactly what you need if you want to celebrate with friends. 🤮🤮🤮 The party ended for me at 10 p.m. We bikers, who had basically booked the entire hotel, will definitely find another hotel in the next few years where we will be treated better.In this senseSabine Khe

I accidentally came to this village and this hotel. I give the check-in a five because the hostess looks like my first wife - everything is clean, friendly, calm, cozy. A good smell of work and care! Breakfast was ready very early without any further requests. I recommend

Contacting us by phone worked great. Everything went well as discussed before when we moved into the room.One star is deducted because of the breakfast, which should only get a maximum of one star in the individual rating because the coffee was really tasty.Breakfast is served in an Italian restaurant in the building.The hotel has nothing to do with that.For 10 euros I don't expect a plate with four small slices of salami, two small slices of mortadella and three small squares of cheese.There was also no selection of bread rolls.In the hotel again at any time, but next time definitely without breakfast!!

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and no door to the bathroom/toilet. Basically it was clean, but the price for the performance was rather unsatisfactory. I see a real price here of a maximum of €40-45. €75 without breakfast is not appropriate here.

We rented a room with two dogs. The room was great. The staff was very friendly. Everything was really great.If we come back to Hanau I would always book the hotel again. The breakfast was very tasty.

Despite written confirmation from the hotel, there was no room available upon arrival and I had to look for another hotel(Hessischer Hof) and then became unfriendly, and in the end it was still my fault.

I booked a family room for friends. Of course you also receive email confirmation. On the day of arrival we were without a room. It was called “misunderstanding”!!!!!Unreliable, very unpleasant person on the phone! Never again!!!!!I wouldn't even give it one star!

I was at the Hüttengaudi in Hainstadt and thought to myself that if I drank something and then couldn't or wasn't allowed to drive anymore, I would have to take a taxi back and forth to my place of residence. So I came up with the idea of taking a hotel in the immediate area, the cost would be the same but I would save travel time. No sooner said than done, I booked a single room at the Hotel Lindenhof, checking in was very easy, the room was very clean, everything was there and I slept well afterwards. Checking out was also very easy, just call and the owner came over very quickly and after paying everything was okay. She was very nice and accommodating. So definitely a recommendation. Just a small note, there is a kettle in the room but ONLY tea bags, no coffee. This could still be improved :-)
