Disabled room was great, shower lousy and rusty. Service leaves a lot to be desired! Birthday was on the day of arrival, half board with 2 nights. They simply forgot that we had booked half board, we were refused food because they had company visiting! We presented them with the booking schedule, they didn't care! Great birthday! We weren't even allowed to use the bar! No congratulations, nothing. 24 hours later an insight came! We were offered champagne for breakfast, but we politely declined! Impudence! The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but the employees had their arms behind their backs and looked like they didn't care! The plus behind the Best Western is zero deserved! Once and never again!You won't find friendliness here!The cook was nice despite the stress, as was the chambermaid. But the reception is simply impossible! The guest is blamed for mistakes despite receipt/evidence! Where is something like that?!

Clean spacious hotel, modern and has been refurbished. However aircon in rooms do not work, room not cleaned, first room smelt of dampness. Service is terrible, robotic, and carefree and do not know how to handle issues. Went for breakfast, got told that breakfast was not included despite have the email conformation to hand. Initially would not let me sit down.

We spent 2 nights and nights at the Best Western. Typical seminar conference hotel. The hotel is very modern and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a sauna and fitness room on the top floor. What should be highlighted is the very diverse breakfast buffet. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.
