Hotel very good, rooms nice and tidy, in a very good location where you can have peace and quiet and the staff are very friendly. I am traveling for work and I can say I am satisfied with this hotel. Can only recommend!

We came with 11 ladies and had a fantastic weekend.Cozy beer garden, great hotel bar with a large selection of drinks.The standard rooms are functionally furnished and clean.The breakfast was rich, with lots of fresh products.The dinner (1 × two-course menu, 1 × grill buffet) was sumptuous and very tasty.We were warmly welcomed and always served politely.The arrangements we booked were well prepared and we had a lot of fun. There were always plenty of cool drinks 😉...Many thanks again to Mr. Bahr and his son.Of course we would also like to say THANK YOU to the entire team for the great weekend.

Very good, traditional, quiet hotel, very good breakfast, probably has problems with mosquitoes at times, at least there are devices to repellent in the rooms that you plug into the socket

Very nice service, large rooms and high flexibility.We needed a room at short notice because our actual hotel (14km away, in Mettingen) had overbooked our room.

The staff seems very stressed and could respond more friendly to children's questions. There are two menus, with the one with less choice presented to guests, although the more extensive menu is near the counter. The prices are not justified for the quantity offered. The great location and the beautiful winter garden should be positively highlighted. Based on the points mentioned, I will visit another restaurant in the future.

The room had fly screens on the window - but these obviously served to keep the mosquitoes in the room... I had 14 that night!!!!! Killing mosquitoes, judging by the marks on the walls I wasn't the first "fly killer". Even though I could hardly sleep, I still had 3 stitches on my forehead, at least 6 on my arm and 5 on my leg in the morning! If I hadn't already paid and had more time early... I would have refused to pay or asked for my money back!

Highly recommended for cyclists and hikers as well as guests of the Hörstel Industrial Park.In any case, very attentive and friendly staff. Everything is done to ensure that you feel comfortable and that no wish remains unfulfilled.

The hotel rooms in the old building are very rustic and rather unmodern, very noisy.In new buildings, however, they should be good and modern.The bed was very hard and creaky, the pillow even had no filling. Rather unrefreshing.The first impression of the room was more of a max 3 star hotel for fitters.Check-in went well, but information about the hotel, breakfast, WiFi, etc. was only given when asked.The breakfast was very minimalistic, it was sufficient but not at a 4 star level. The breakfast room is beautifully designed and renovated.The restaurant is decorated in a very rustic style, the food is tasty, but is quite expensive.The service in the restaurant and at breakfast was incredibly good, quick and friendly.When the weather is nice you can sit outside and have a drink or something to eat. The outdoor area is very nicely designed and laid out.You can definitely stay overnight here and sit outside and have a drink.The hotel is quite far out of town but well located for my needs.There is ample parking available which is really good.
