Great holiday home with a small lawn garden and terrace. Very good facilities. Great kitchen, lots of dishes, pots and pans. Space for 6 people at the dining table. Living area very comfortable.

We were guests at the Signe holiday home in September. We entered the house and the vacation could begin immediately. It is very well maintained and very comfortably furnished. The equipment is perfect, nothing is missing. Despite the quiet location, you can get to Edeka in 2 minutes to get breakfast rolls. Restaurants and the city center with the museum harbor are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We stayed at the Signe holiday home in August 2022. It's a real feel-good holiday home!! You can really enjoy your vacation there. Extremely comfortable, everything you need is there. Garden with chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.Short distances to the supermarket, the city center, the port, the sea. The surrounding area invites you to go on exciting excursions and bike rides.We always like to come back!

It's a shame that dogs are no longer wanted. We were always happy, but now we're not coming anymore because the new owner doesn't want that anymore.

Addition:The positive review below applies and only applied to the old landlord, Mr. Buddemeier.‼Unfortunately the new landlord won’t get to know us because he doesn’t allow dogs‼It's a shame, because it was really a great house.Very nice landlord. The house was handed over to us clean. It is fully furnished, has good technical equipment and very good WiFi. We and our dog felt very comfortable here.There are very nice paths in the immediate area that you can walk with your dog. The location is really good. The Harle, the harbor and all shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Recommended!Addendum: Unfortunately you have sold your house. A new booking is no longer possible as your successor does not allow dogs.We wish you all the best!

The house, the facilities and the location would deserve 5 stars*****!As dog owners, we are making compromises because dogs will no longer be welcome in the future. In any case, our dog felt comfortable!And then this (pictures), you would have to make sure that there isn't so much swallow dirt around and around the house. Preventing nesting under the roof would not be a luxury!Otherwise a nice holiday home.
