The Santorini restaurant on Heideplatz in Dessau-Kochstedt offers classic Greek cuisine, which you can find as standard in many Greek restaurants. The menu is predominantly meat-heavy and offers classics such as gyros in Metaxa sauce or mixed grill plates with tzatziki. At lunchtime, a few selected dishes are offered at a lower price, and there is also a soup of the day beforehand. I find the restaurant to be stylishly furnished and therefore invites you to linger for a longer period of time. The restaurant is very large and offers enough seating even for larger groups. The service is very good and friendly. There's nothing to be excited about. But the card is nothing special. I can particularly recommend the Greek yogurt ice cream with honey and nuts for dessert.

Rating refers only to the restaurant.Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. Initially we were excited but in the last few months we have been very disappointed. The salad was initially great, now loveless, watery and the dressing, well... the starters are completely overpriced for the shrunken portions, the main courses are now also served on smaller plates (a rogue who thinks evil of that) and the tzatziki is actually a herb quark. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it at all. It's a shame, Santorini is visually a great restaurant in a prime location…

Great restaurant, food is very tasty, expensive but large portions. The staff is friendly, quick and courteous.We sat on the terrace and were able to bring our dog with us. There was also a drink for her 👍.Anytime again 😃

The food was delicious. Unfortunately it took over an hour from starter to main course... the children were already full because the children's meals came with the starters. Unfortunately, this meant there was no rest for the adults to eat because the children then wanted to get up for a total of an hour and a half.We would come back but then we order the starter and main course at the same time :) the taste is really perfect!

We ordered food and picked it up. The taste was excellent, but unfortunately it was a bit too little for the money and disappointing.There are 2 bowling alleys, which are completely sufficient for smaller groups.

Repeatedly disappointed, we will not eat here again. Great location but little quality and quantity for a lot of money. Never experienced the hospitality we are used to from other Greeks. We are from the neighborhood and will not try this again.A pity!

I am thrilled with the service and will therefore visit the restaurant again in the hope of improvement despite the heavily salted food....can you also ask for muted music? I was unsure if it was rude. Every person feels this differently, but having a conversation was exhausting. Otherwise I could even imagine a family reunion there.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, but we still waited over two hours for our main course. At the end we wanted to approach the nice waiter with payment but this was not allowed and dismissed with a ridiculous comment. A visit is still recommended.
