Great hotel, everything is new. The receptionists are friendly and try to help. The reception is open until 6pm. The lobby is a good place to play games and make friends. You can buy some food from a machine in the lobby. The location is remote, there is not much to do in the area, but the subway is close by.

A hotel in Stuttgart, quiet, clean. The room and bed are enough for two people and a child. The bathroom, dear God, is spacious and clean, but there is no bidet for the toilet. Self-service, which means they send you an access code to the building and you get a card for the room with the help of the distinguished receptionist Bilal, and if you come after 6 pm, you make the card yourself.There is no toilet seat or slippers, and the room does not have facial tissues.

A very clean, modern and convenient stay! Would recommend for anyone who came in for a short to mid-term stay in this area, perfect location, 300 meters away from the S-Bahn, U Bahn and buses! Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Marco! I stayed here for a month and have to say that’s a perfect start into my move to Germany, Highly recommend!

Room and hotel is very clean and well equipped. The location is okay, but there is not enough parking space. It is essential that you reserve a parking space in advance. We didn't think about it and spent 40 minutes looking for a parking space nearby.The towels smell extremely musty.Otherwise everything was great :-)

✅ First of all, I really have to praise Mr. Bilal with all my heart, he was always polite, always friendly and always willing to lend an ear when you needed something. A man of heart, great guy. I wish him all the best for his entire life.✅ The whole facility is optimally organized, no matter what you want, there is almost everything here. On the ground floor there is entertainment - billiards, table football, hammock, smoking area at the front and back, washing and drying area, coffee and tea area, fitness... I think the only thing would be a message with a happy ending :)✅ The rooms are always great, the bed is perfect for lying on, I just think it's better at home (or is it better here??) :)✅ There is a small kitchen in the room with a small refrigerator.✅ The location is really great, the S-Bahn, the light rail and also the bus are right from the door, whether North East South or West, you can get there... Very central location⛔ There was just one small thing, there is no extractor hood, but everyone knows that. You don't have to make steaks. But that's really not a problem at all.Thank you for everything, we stayed here for 30 days, thank you for everything. Wish you all the best and Mr. Bilal, thank you again, I hope only the best. Bilal is a man of class. Very helpful and cultured at the same time. Always greets nicely, asks how you are and is always available for a short, friendly chat. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nesprrsso machine. A penny is right next to the facility (1min). There is a subway station 5 minutes away with connections to everywhere.

I stayed in an apartment building in Stuttgart for 2 weeks because of water damage in my apartment. I felt totally comfortable. Bilal helps, supports in everything. Facilities great, small kitchen but enough to cater for yourself. Cleanliness +.

Rooms very clean, spacious with a small equipped kitchenette. Nice handicapped accessible bathroom. Cozy beds. Check-in hassle-free. Fitness room available and a nice, large lounge with a small “chill arena” and billiards. Service difficult to assess because there was no service staff on site over the weekend. However, you had all the contact details and access codes in advance to check in yourself. Completely sufficient for us.

Very clean, spacious, modern and quiet. You didn't hear any other guests in the hallway or noises (bathroom, TV, etc.) from the other rooms. The windows are well insulated and there was almost no street noise. I was able to sleep well!Great and very clean bathroom. No dirt or mold in the shower or anywhere else.For me it would be my first choice again next time I visit Stuttgart...

We actually wanted to stay overnight with friends, but that wasn't possible due to a last-minute emergency. And that on Sunday evening!While looking for an apartment with a kitchen, we found Brera.We were able to check in online without any problem and got into the room.Since we only booked five nights, we didn't have a kitchenette. But the team was super nice and helpful and allowed us to move to a room with a kitchen. Thanks!!!They were also super supportive with any other questions. Somehow we ended up staying with friends ☺️

we stayed in the apartment for 3 months and its a good start for Germany. Location is more convenient for public transport.

Mediocare. I perceived it as low value for money- my rating is mostly based on this. Uncomfortable hard bed and lack of dininning options in neighborhood are the largest downsides , free parking is a plus.

I was a guest/resident in Haus Stuttgart for exactly 6 months to the day.From the first day I felt at home because I was warmly welcomed by the employee in Stuttgart, BILAL, and given the impression that I was simply WELCOME.Bilal left no question unanswered, no matter what concerns I had, I was always helped and every wish was fulfilled (as far as possible).Regardless of whether I needed a fan in the height of summer, I had one in the room 20 minutes later.I needed new hangers? Bilal gave these to me the second I asked.Additional kitchen inventory such as an extra plate?No problem. Bilal put these in my room.I extended the stay 3 times and asked Bilal in the house. 5 minutes later, I had communication data and could continue living there with peace of mind.During my entire stay I didn't have to worry about the cleanliness of the rooms or spontaneous changes to bookings/questions, such as an additional towel or separate room cleaning.What I just want to say is, thank you Bilal!!!!You simply give the feeling that you are really welcome at Brera and that you are very keen to ensure that every guest is completely satisfied.If I were to stay in Stuttgart again for a longer period of time, I would stay in the Brera again, with Bilal as a great host.Thanks !!!!!!!!LG from room 118Alessandro

I was there for several months for work reasons and can really recommend it to everyone. Great location (S-Bahn and Regio is just around the corner, you can be in Stuttgart city center almost immediately), the rooms are tidy and tastefully furnished, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful.Any time!
