Very pleasant stay, mid-October, in this hotel very well located in the center of Bad Schwalbach. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Very warm welcome. Practical side: restaurant on site.

I stayed at the hotel from Friday to Monday every two weeks. On the first weekend there was no warm water in the hotel, so you could only take a cold shower. The lady at the reception didn't take any notice of it. She just said it was force majeure. On the day of departure, the gentleman at the reception told me that I didn't have to pay for the breakfast that I had in the restaurant under the hotel as compensation.I asked to be given the same room on the first floor when I come back in two weeks. Unfortunately, on my second visit I was given a room on the third floor.Communication with reception didn't work at all. My request was ignored and I and other guests were not told anything about the lack of hot water upon arrival. It was also not announced that a wedding was being celebrated in the restaurant under the hotel until 4 a.m., which could be heard loudly in the rooms.The staff in the restaurant, however, were very nice and accommodating.

I spent a week here on business and was thrilled. Breakfast only fit into my schedule once. But the coffee was extremely good and I have rarely had such a stunning macadamia.It may be that there are more modern facilities, but I found the whole setting original and cozy (it took me a while to find out that there was a central light switch for all sockets, some information here wouldn't have been bad):But all in all a successful stay and I would come back at any time.

Unfortunately very old hotel, very impersonal, no reception. When we arrived, the key was on the table in the entrance area with the room number. Very expensive for its age. 74€ without breakfast for one night.... but decide for yourself whether that's not expensive.....

Since I'm currently in Bad Schwalbach for rehab, I was looking for an overnight stay on the weekend for my wifeThe hotel is on the edge of the Kurpark and is very centrally locatedFamily-run, rooms have everything you need, comfortable beds, great pillows, clean bathroom, and even a separate toilet, what more could you want.Contact answered quickly via the in-house website.I was even able to get the room key in the morning.Breakfast is available in the Italian restaurant on the ground floor. is served on a plate... jam, cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs and fruit salad with a great Italian coffee and orange juice and fresh rolls.I booked breakfast for myself.I would recommend it to anyone who visits...This historic building is simply great...

I booked this hotel because of the “bad” reviews. Yes, you read that right - some of them were so outrageous and the hotel owner's answer was so confident (sometimes amusing) that I thought it must be a nice hotel.And that's how it is. When I stay in hotels, which I often do, the most important thing is whether I can sleep. That is definitely the case here! The beds are great and so are the pillows. It's quiet. Everything you need is there. The effort has been made to furnish the rooms and hallways/stairs individually. For example, with an antique, hand-painted cabinet or an antique grandfather clock. Anyone who likes something like that will feel comfortable, just like the squeaky floorboards (they squeaked the same way at my grandmother's 😊).If you don't like it, you just have to stay in a modern Motel One box.I didn't have breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.Overall, I can highly recommend the hotel; handing over the keys late in the evening was also uncomplicated. I'd love to come back.

That was nice to be there. The rooms in the old classic style, cozy. Service quite good. The staff was very nice and friendly. There is a good parking space opposite. There is a very good Italian restaurant downstairs in the hotel. The food was so good, fresh and delicious. It stayed with me. Breakfast is also possible there. You should reserve it or predict it. There are also some cafeterias nearby where you can have a good breakfast and drink coffee. You feel comfortable and completely relaxed there. I was there for a 4 day event in the zone with my wife and parents. We all really enjoyed our stay there. I can happily recommend it.

This February we went to a dance event (NochedePasíon) in Bad Schwalbach. We were also allowed to be guests at the Hotel Malepartus for this wonderful event... we had a beautiful, large, quiet and clean room in this historic house. The location of the hotel was unbeatable for our purposes, we also really liked the restaurant, and the contact and correspondence with the hotel management were perfect. We would love to come back...

The location is great!Directly at the spa park...But that was it......this accommodation is the worst thing I have ever experienced in Germany!And for this price…70€ per night for a room in need of renovation with an absolutely subterranean view…. and clearly unprofessional repairs...The sink in the “bathroom” does not have a siphon!! so that sewer gases could get into the room!!!The night smelled bad... It's not safe either...I had booked breakfast with:For €15 you get a plate with 2 rolls, 4 slices of salami, 4 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, a bit of butter and jam and a cold one! peeled egg as well as a tomato and two slices of cucumber….But:A glass of water and a glass of orange juice are not included in the breakfast and must be ordered and paid for separately in the restaurant...So another 5€
