We have been successfully holding various seminars and conferences for our sales department at the Parkhotel am Posthof since 2018. Our participants always appreciate the excellent location, the modern and spacious rooms as well as the pleasant and productive working atmosphere when it comes to developing quantitative and qualitative goals. The service staff is attentive and the food is excellent. The feedback from our employees about the conference location is consistently positive.

When flying abroad from Frankfurt, we regularly book “our” room on the second floor of the Parkhotel when we arrive from Middle Franconia. The furnishings are simple but clean, the location is quiet. “Park, Sleep and Fly” offers a free room Parking is included for the duration of our vacation, we always get to the airport on time and without stress using the hotel's free shuttle. Special praise goes to the staff, who are extremely friendly and helpful. There is even breakfast to take away when we leave in the early hours of the morning. That's what makes the difference.

I had a two-day reservation but had to leave after one as the room smelled horrible. I would not recommend that anyone stay there. Service is inferior, not clean, towels are with stains, never. Breakfast is ok. Overprised.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty, it smelled like drains and the bed linen had stains. After we reported to reception we were immediately given a new room. That was a little better.

The hotel is fine, the price-performance ratio is ok. But what I liked most was the warm welcome at reception and the quick help I received with any problem or request. The best employees! I will come back with love!

First you have to pay for the room straight away, there is no discussion, (they know why) secondly I go to my room first everything is OK then I want to go to sleep in the evening you make up the duvet and see blood stains on the bed cover, next morning at the reception We'll let you know and we'll change it immediately. I come back to the room after 10 hours of work, well, nothing happened. Back to the reception I got a new room, what can I say the room wasn't done, everything was done by the previous owner... Statement they have new housekeeping and it wouldn't be their fault. Got a new room again which was really OK.... Well, my room wouldn't even be cleaned by housekeeping for the rest of the week.... And I don't even want to talk about breakfast. The egg and sausage from the day before looked so rotten. .. New scrambled eggs on top and black in the middle... Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Indians do it, maybe not... I'll never go there again and neither will my work colleagues...

We had a quiet room on the 2nd floor with a view of the park, the room and bathroom were good, the reception was nice and helpful, since we had to leave before 7 a.m. there was unfortunately no breakfast but at least there was coffee, the parking lot is quite narrow but opposite There are additional parking options at the town hall

Unfortunately, I asked for an air-conditioned room. I entered the room. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work. When I told the employee, she said this is available. For your information, the second room belongs to my friend. The air conditioner was working well. It is not worth this amount.
