I went on a short vacation with my daughter. There was a small swimming pool and a fitness area. The apartment was small but functional. There was a small kitchen with everything you needed. Certainly not for a longer vacation, but the hotel is well suited for short vacations.

I felt very comfortable there with my mini dog, overall friendly staff. Very rich breakfast! Otherwise, the hotel offers a wide range of sporting activities. The surrounding area is also a natural area where everyone gets their money's worth: hiking, swimming, boat rental, cycling, etc. Lazing around is also good sometimes. The rooms are cozy with a small kitchen area and terrace.Because of health issues If there were any problems, the reception responded as quickly as possible! Thank you again. A holiday in spring has been booked at the Aparthotel Seepromenade.

Rooms clean and tidy. Nice people at the reception. Good food not far away, in the pancake house and bistros by the lake. Many opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Breakfast whatever your heart desires. And always a kind word. We'd love to come back.

Pretty old, not to say run down. You would have to be very operationally blind not to see the obvious need for maintenance - or simply too lazy to fix it.The rooms and hallways are completely carelessly designed; no warm colors, nothing that pleases the eye.Anyone who has a room facing the lake will be rewarded with a beautiful view of it. However, he/she should have ear plugs with them or, better yet, be deaf - from the playground and the mini-golf course located directly in front of the house there is a constant screaming noise that causes those seeking peace and quiet to flee in terror.The breakfast is really good: the space, goods and staff create a pleasant atmosphere and a feel-good atmosphere - the rest of the house: as already mentioned.

Unfortunately, an absolute disaster! The hotel advertises romantic days for two and you ended up in the middle of the holiday park - great! Hotel and surrounding area overcrowded with Blagen, terrace with a view and ears to the adventure playground. Absolutely does not correspond to what was advertised in the offer. Oh - there is also a family sauna there - the noise level is like that of a playground - conversations are common here in the relaxation room and the sauna itself. Even at breakfast there was full sound and from 7.45 (i.e. 15 minutes after the start of breakfast time) you didn't want to go to the buffet anymore because the first things had already been drooled over - it has nothing at all to do with relaxation. The room was also moderately clean - there were cobwebs in many obvious places.Great for families - but definitely not for a couple who have booked a romantic getaway! There was no responsiveness from the hotel. Pretending false facts seems to be the business model. Too bad!

Disaster! Romantic days booked for two and ended up in the middle of the holiday park! Nowhere visible when booking the offer via Kurzurlaub.de!Lake overcrowded with children, sauna used by children - relaxation room is used as an extended apartment by families - unfortunately it has nothing to do with relaxation. The noise level in the sauna area is almost like that of the adventure playground next door.Apartment full of cobwebs, garden furniture about to collapse and seat cushions from the 80s that are unfortunately falling apart.It's a shame to offer something like that as a romantic vacation.Certainly a nice holiday destination for families with children - definitely not for us!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time at the beginning of August. It is highly recommended. The view of the lake is unique. Breakfast is great and plentiful, staff very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

The team was very nice...The hotel was clean and well maintained. Ideal for families - also the swimming area. If you're looking for peace and quiet, the large balconies and terraces are unfortunately a bit too open. A matter of taste. The view and location are fantastic. From here you can Explore the area well and are in the right place by bike or paddle boat. Great mini golf course and adventure playground 10 meters away.

A nice place if you want to travel with the children.Affordable and clean, there were lots of great offers 😊 such as: Archery, stick bread by the fire, children's disco, yoga for adults and much more...Unfortunately, my husband said that it was a shame that the seating (e.g. at the playground) was so uncomfortable and there was nowhere to sit back and relax.In our opinion, the recommended restaurants and cafés in the area are not necessarily recommended.Then it's better to drive back to Mirow, you'll definitely find what you're looking for there 😊We also had breakfast included, but unfortunately ingredients such as nuts etc. were not signposted.Unfortunately, our little one has a nut allergy and so we were pretty perplexed in the first few days and had to constantly ask ourselves questions.That's not very advantageous, although it should be normal to label something like that these days.There are NO safes in the rooms (kind of like a bungalow). There is a small kitchen with all kinds of appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and dishes.Unfortunately, the balconies are not separated, so you should always lock your doors and windows if you want to be sure that you don't get any uninvited visitors.What I also dislike a bit are the door handles on the outside. You have to constantly lock it, otherwise everyone could just come in from outside, that wasn't something I was comfortable with and you never know...The pool is a bit small, but it wasn't too full, so it was fine and the sauna area was really nice 😊

We like it very much. Big room. Delicious breakfast. Criticism: Only one function works in the whirlpool bathtub, or we are too stupid. The edge of the bed is annoying and you have to be careful not to hit your head. But otherwise, a nice hotel.

Booked a romantic vacation and ended up in the middle of a holiday village. It wasn't obvious when booking that this hotel was part of a huge holiday village, the location on the lake is quite nice but that's about it. The room was over two floors, quite nicely decorated, soap, toilet paper etc. were not replenished in 4 days. However, the room was clean, in contrast to the hallways and stairwells. The roof terrace is a complete disaster, not only that the floorboards are completely dilapidated and loose, there are no partitions from the other rooms, so you couldn't even leave the terrace doors open overnight and had to sleep in a "sauna" because there wasn't one There is air conditioning. The furniture on the terrace is also falling apart, but you couldn't sit there without the eyes of your neighbors anyway. We've never experienced in a hotel that you have to wash the glasses in the room yourself and take out the trash yourself, not that that's particularly bad, but it's somehow strange. The indoor pool was rather tiny and overcrowded with children as anyone can use this pool. The breakfast buffet was quite decent, a bit strange that the service staff doesn't clear the dishes and the plates pile up on the tables until you leave the table. It's also very crowded here because all the guests of the holiday village can come there for breakfast. There wasn't even dinner in the hotel, so you were referred to the associated restaurants, more on that in the associated reviews. All in all we made the most of our stay but will not book this hotel again.

We booked an apartment type Schneeeule from May 5th to May 12th, 2024 because, according to the description, there should be sleeping space in the lower living room. That wasn't the case and it was bad for us. According to reception, a change was not possible. The upstairs bedroom is not accessible via the steep stairs for people with disabilities. We left one day earlier so that we could sleep again without back pain. The hotel is otherwise good with swimming pool and gym. The location by the lake is beautiful.

Very suitable for a short vacation. We, two blind people, received very good help everywhere. The staff was very nice and approached us on their own initiative and drew our attention. We were able to have a nice short vacation.

We used the spa as day guests and were very disappointed - the rooms were icy and the water was cold. After an accident, not everything worked properly.The highlight, however, was that the employee turned off the light without comment. We probably overstayed our time - you can also kindly tell a paying family with 3 children that they are not welcome. The corresponding note on the car speaks for itself...The complex is actually in a great location and has a wonderful playground. Apparently the employees are not treated well when they treat the guests like this.
