This used to be a lovely simple spot for dinner. Last night was sadly way off the mark. The food was mixed to poor, and the service was rough. Won’t be back for a long while.

We went to the manor house for dinner. Unfortunately, you cannot rate the restaurant separately here.The atmosphere is cozy and the service is good. The food is prepared using high quality ingredients from local suppliers. We're deducting a star because the prices and standards are very high, but the preparation isn't top-notch - my duck breast, for example, was rubbery on the outside and when I pointed it out, the chef said if he roasted it any longer, it would get dry. I then ate it like that and left the skin to my companion. Furthermore, the portions are very small, and any side dishes are charged extra despite the high-priced main courses. Unfortunately, all desserts were sold out, except ice cream.Basically we will come back but if you want to be at the top in terms of quality and price you have to go one step further. Otherwise there will be strong competition in the region.

Lexow is small and a bit isolated. There's not much to do here, but a lot to experience. You get your money's worth if you want to go for a walk or cycle in peace. The hotel itself is a dream in its facilities. Everyone who works here seems to love their job. The prices are fair. High-quality and regional cuisine, be sure to eat in the restaurant too! We will be back.

Quiet location in tasteful old walls. Big garden. Many rooms, apartments, lovingly designed. Very good breakfast, coffee and cake in the afternoon, varied regional products freshly prepared in the evening

BBQ Saturday night. Losing your chef is as stressful as losing your phone. Without them, you really dont know where to start your day. Unlike the phone, in these troubled times, chefs are as hard to find as a mobile phone in an Amish retreat. It's hard to tell here at dinner, though (though the cakes and team in the afternoon were more revealing of the skill set missing). The €38 price seems high for the concept until you eat it. The salad and bread selection are a cut above anything in the region, and the meats are really first class, and we'll cooked by the owner, standing in with seamless and haughty proficiency. The dessert is well made, though would benefit from a last minute self served sprinkle of crushed amaretti (that they serve with their coffee) for texture and sparkle. But this is a 5* dinner experience, and the vibe of the place is really a delight. Can't wait to return.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the lawn in front of the house. Attentive, very friendly service (the chef is also happy to stop by). The pike perch baked on a bed of vegetables in parchment was delicious and cooked to perfection. For my taste, the vegetables could have been a little more cooked, but overall a very good meal, as was the starter and dessert. The rosé we ordered with it was also tasty. We would love to come back!

We stayed in the Blumenow apartment for 5 nights with a small child and felt very comfortable: very stylishly furnished apartment, direct access to the wonderful large garden with a trampoline and sandpit for the little ones and a sauna house for the older ones, super lovely child-friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast with regional products. A wonderful place to spend a few quiet days in the countryside. We would love to come back!And another tip: We were there in May and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the entire Müritz region. A mosquito spray should therefore not be missing in your luggage.

The chef is super friendly 😁He takes time for his guests and talks to them in a friendly manner. The food is delicious and unusual. It's a small place with about 20 seats and some outside. All in all wonderful. Thank you. Without the lovely chef it would be nothing!

We felt very comfortable. The room we booked was not available, the replacement room was just as nice. Breakfast was a dream and everyone there is really nice and helpful. It's the right area for cycling, you're somewhere in the middle of nowhere and can unwind. The sauna also relaxes. Keep it up! If you were to get something to eat in the house on weekday evenings... you would always leave by car.
