We arrived with a larger group (8 sleeping guests) on Saturday. Even at check-in the atmosphere was rather cool; we didn't feel really welcome. We wanted to go paddling during the day and then have dinner in the on-site restaurant. When we announced (at the time of booking) that someone in our group had a birthday on Sunday, we were abruptly “informed” that celebrating was out of the question - we didn't want that there either. We know about the resort and the needs of other guests.The dinner was excellent, incredibly tasty and selected.The service during dinner was again very cool and instructive. You're reading the menu incorrectly, you're overworked, you should make sure that your cigarette ashes don't fall on the floor and remember that it ends at 10:30 p.m....on the whole we unfortunately felt unwelcome. At 10:30 p.m. we cleared the field after a friendly request.The night in the rooms was fine, the rooms were clean and functional, no hairdryer in the bathroom.The breakfast was lovingly prepared, but quickly ran out and was only refilled upon request. Because we were reparking a car, it was wrongly assumed that we had invited other friends to breakfast (for whatever reason) and people complained about why we hadn't at least let them know.The surroundings and grounds are fantastic. We are a little sad that the mood towards us was so tense for no reason from the start.If the facility is not suitable for larger groups who would like to sit together but don't want to have a party, we would have liked to have known that beforehand and booked something else. But we expect that we as (paying guests) will be taken care of accordingly for the money we paid there.

Individually designed rooms. Excellent food with local and seasonal ingredients. Good service and a very nice, quiet location.

Very fine menu and very regional food. The pork medallions are particularly tasty and highly recommended. The service was quick and very attentive. Everything was very good in terms of the ambience and the outdoor facilities.Great for a walk. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you're in good hands here.

We were there at Pentecost, today. As always, very good service and not intrusive. Very small but nice menu. I had fish which was very tasty. The dessert was also very, very good (panna cotta with rhubarb). There was also ice cream and homemade cake. Unfortunately we couldn't sit outside. It was raining. But everything outside was also very well maintained.

My aunty was there with me, we had lunch. Pheasant schnitzel. Looked great and was super tasty.Staff was also very friendly 👍

Located in pure nature, birdsong instead of street noise. Nice, simply furnished room according to theme, themed room - of course I can't judge all the rooms. Very nice restaurant, excellent cuisine with regional, seasonal ingredients. Very friendly, courteous staff. Extra building for seminars/conferences. The outdoor area/terrace is great to invite. Good hiking and cycling opportunities. Right near the Oder-Spree Canal.

Very good salad and wine

We visited the restaurant. I can recommend this without reservation. Small but very fine menu, beautifully prepared dishes. You get full. A salad plate is also really rich, fresh and very tasty. Very friendly service. We've been there several times and the menu changes constantly based on regional offerings. Very nicely located.

As always, the rating is subjective... and that's a good thing. Clean rooms, quiet location, great service, very good food and always attentive boss and staff. Good for conferences away from the hustle and bustle, but that's exactly why it's suitable. This is about the surroundings and it fits. It wasn't the first time here and I'm still very satisfied with this gem in the direct location on the Schlaube and in the immediate vicinity of the Oder-Spree Canal.
