I have been invited to family celebrations here several times. The establishment is very remote in a very scenic area. The service was very courteous and friendly at all events. We will continue to use this service in the future.

Rarely have I experienced such a friendly, guest-oriented, beautiful, quiet and atmospherically positive location. Here the guest is really listened to, and there are so many beautiful details that there is not enough space to mention everything. Whether it's an overnight stay, going out to eat, sitting together or enjoying nature during a stopover, or larger groups with food and drink, everything is simply great! Parking isn't a problem either. It doesn't get any better.

Restaurant with a great view but €17 for 2 fried potatoes with mushrooms and 5 leaves of salad is more expensive than in Charlottenburg or Munich.

We were eating there 2 times. I must say, it's the best restaurant in this area. All it's fresh and tasty. The first time I ordered Schnitzel is the second time: fish. Fish was fresh, direct from the lake! And the view, of course, is wonderful! But not only the location of the place, it's great, but food too and service. We were there the first time, and the waitress Charlotte was helping us with the order. She made me a wonderful drink and the ice of my wish. She was so nice and informative. She really cares. And this was showing me how important good service is. Thanks a lot for this culinary experience, we will come back!

We just had dinner at the Schweizer Haus. Swim at the nearby lake beforehand and then get hungry and snow past. The food was delicious, regional, fresh and didn't take long to arrive. The hospitality was very relaxed, friendly and accompanied by good music in the background. The view of the lake was also very beautiful and calming. Thank you very much for the lovely end to the day :)

We discovered this restaurant by chance and were immediately impressed by the idyllic location right on the lake. The very nice and talkative boss gave us a really nice Urlabs final evening with very well prepared and tasty food. Our granddaughters were thrilled too 🥳Thank you very much, if we are nearby we will definitely come back...👍

We got married on July 20th, 2024 in the Schweizerhaus and had a wonderful wedding celebration. Many thanks to Elko Wendorff & his team, who gave us great support with advice and support during the planning and preparation. Of course, also on our big day, we gave everything for us and our guests so that everyone was satisfied and happy. Very nice restaurant and location for various celebrations. You can come by car (large parking lot), by bike or by boat. Located in the middle of several lakes with a beautiful terrace by the water. Splendid. Good food, unfortunately a bit expensive.

A really nice place. I enjoy being a guest here both professionally and privately. In a beautiful scenic location with a view of the lake, you can enjoy good food. Party tickets are ideal for parties. I would happily recommend it.

I cannot understand some of the criticism expressed here about the young service staff. Despite the well-filled outdoor area, as a lone fighter she was fast, friendly and mastered her task confidently. 👍🏼Otherwise I have to say...it's a shame...because of the location, this restaurant would be a real gold mine. All you really need is a professional and creative chef. The menu has the character of a snack bar... but not in terms of price. Terms like “Mediterranean” and “organic” don’t add any value to the whole thing. I've eaten better at rest area restaurants and received more lovingly prepared plates. My stomach, which has problems with garlic, also tells me that my schnitzel with fries had garlic on it. That really doesn't belong there and if you do think so, you should point it out somewhere.

A great destination. No matter whether by motorcycle, bicycle or car. Great food in a dream location. Right on the water. The shop is family run. I was on tour by bike. The landlord even let me camp on his lawn and the next morning we had a great breakfast.
