Last weekend we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked through a well-known platform. We learned that an earlier check-in was possible, so I booked us in for around 12 p.m. Shortly after 11 a.m. I got a call that the room was ready. After arriving and checking in quickly with the most important information, we were able to move into the room straight away. Thank you in advance for this great service. The room was large and nice and bright due to several windows, at least during the day. I had a few small problems in the dark. There are some light sources in the room, but they do not provide 100 percent of the desired brightness. The floor lamp didn't make any sense for us because there is no power outlet nearby. Carpeting always takes some getting used to. I prefer other floors, but I already knew about them. In terms of facilities, we had nothing to complain about. There was even a refrigerator that could be used if necessary. We had plenty of space to store our clothes. I complained about the limescale in the kettle when I left. As was the fact that the heating didn't really work and only warmed the room minimally. Both were noted. The beds were fine. We even got along with the pillows, even though we are very spoiled in that respect. There was a small problem in the bathroom upon arrival, but it was resolved immediately. The bathroom was also big enough. There is enough space in the shower. Maybe the shower door rails should be descaled. A magnifying mirror would have been nice. We opted out of daily room cleaning. Therefore I have no experience with this. The breakfast was very good and really sufficient. The entire staff was always very attentive and friendly. You can park for free in the hotel's own parking lot. This is a big plus, especially during the season. Due to the location of the hotel, you can reach the lake and the local restaurants in just a few minutes' walk. You can also easily start hikes or walks from the hotel. Despite the location right on the street, it was totally quiet at night. This can be a little different in the high season.

The two weeks of vacation were very good for switching off and relaxing. It's a really nice spa hotel, the prices are optimal. The food is really great.

I forget my room card that was a big problem because they don’t have reception open. So basically I have to call them and they charge extra for this. This has no sense because it can happen to anybody. Big minus. Yeah everyone tries to lower expenses by not paying employees. Don’t feel right. And I have to wait someone to open the door. The point is please be careful don’t lose your key card after 4 pm

We were only there for breakfast. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is simply not right.The receptionist was wearing knee-length jeans. We found that inappropriate. But the young woman was very friendly.The sanitary facilities urgently need to be thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel was really a good choice for a weekend vacation. The location is perfect - central and yet quiet (street noise didn't bother us at all despite the room facing the street).Our room was super cute and we didn't miss anything. I also thought the bed linen was great because it wasn't the typical white "sterile" hotel and hospital bed linen. :-)The only drawback: it was quite hot and stuffy (but - like at home in the summer - that can also be easily controlled by airing things out at night). And we found a silverfish (?) in the bathroom and our window with gauze was partly hanging quite nicely.The breakfast buffet was really to die for. There was more than enough choice for every taste. You wanted to try everything. :-)And we found it a bit strange that the reception is only open until around 4 p.m. and after that the main entrance is locked and the elevator is turned off.

Visited in July 2024Right next to Satama Sauna Resort. You can walk over in your bathrobe. Due to our sauna event we were unable to keep the check-in time, but we were able to get our key from the key safe in advance without any problems thanks to good communication.The rooms are nicely furnished, including a cell phone charging station. Sufficient sockets available. Lift available. Bathroom sufficiently large.What we thought was great was that there were no white (but green) bed linen. Fly screens are available. The room was very warm so we had to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately it was very loud at night (the room faced the street). But the hotel can't be responsible for the noise, any party returnees.The breakfast was really great. You can look into the garden of the hotel. Everything is available at the buffet. Everything is well labeled, coffee machine AND filter coffee for the table. Fresh fruit, real scrambled eggs and even fried eggs. Veggies and vegans are also considered. The buffet was constantly replenished.A lot is being done here when it comes to sustainability.We think it's really good value for money with great service and friendly staff.Very small drawback: I was informed in advance by email about the online check-in, which I also used. I used the menu with email request, to which I unfortunately received no response. But we were able to clarify that in another way.What we think is a shame that this hotel is being converted into luxury apartments (as it says on the construction site sign right in front of the hotel entrance). We can currently absolutely recommend a visit.

Very nice hotel 🤗The special highlight was the friendliness of the service staff. They responded to all of our wishes and decorated a particularly pretty table for our birthday child for breakfast 🫶The rooms are very nice, the only drawback is that when it is warm, the room heats up extremely.The breakfast was great, especially the sweet words on the breakfast eggs😊It's a good start to the day.We wish you continued success and are happy to recommend you to others👍🤗

Very well located directly at the Santama Sauna Resort and a few minutes walk to Scharmützelsee.The staff is very courteous and attentive, friendly and nice.The breakfast is very good and varied, everything is included.

Everything was great from check in to check out. We didn't get to the hotel until midnight. Please call and let us know before 4 p.m. and you will receive the safe code for the card slots in front of the door. We had 2 rooms. One for 3 people. There was even a refrigerator. The breakfast was also very good, we had booked it in advance. It was only a few minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. We'd love to come back.
