Huts are nice but pillows, blankets and mattresses are ancient

We had a 10-person hut in which two people had to share a niche that was much too small. This looks larger in the pictures than it is. The beds are cheapest mattresses, sheets and blankets. The huts themselves are solid, dense and pretty to look at. However, they can only be ventilated through two small gaps under the roof, unless the doors are left unlocked. The huts are far too small for 10 people including luggage. The toilet containers are fine, but everything gets wet in the shower because the partitions are too small. It's best to put the things that you want to stay dry outside...The only positive thing was the barn, which can be used as a community place even when it rains.Otherwise there is no lighting at all on the site.

Needs maintenance everywhere, was probably a nice idea at one time, but poorly maintained. You share the houses (you think you have a house) with another family. In the middle of the house there is a piece of plywood that separates the houses. So you can experience everything together. Furthermore, the duvets are very dirty, yellow urine stains. For a transit trip, it is doable for a night. Price/quality is not good.

The advertising photos are blinding. Make your own beds, the cheapest bed linen, primitive communal sanitary facilities, not nice. Only some of the huts are nicely arranged, otherwise they have a construction yard feeling, we were unlucky. That's why this is cheap accommodation, which is sometimes sufficient, but never as a holiday home.

The pictures especially on 'booking.con’ are deceptive! The cottages with shared bathroom are really super small. And you share it. Front and back are divided into 2! The beds are really super narrow and you have to make your own bed. The sanitary facilities are really sad in a container. Everything is just not nice , No privacy and noise from the highway. For the same money you have a single hotel room with private bathroom in the same area.

We were traveling through Italy for one night in the alpine hut village of Achental. The staff is very friendly. The sanitary facilities were clean and functional. Our cabin was also clean and equipped with electricity and a refrigerator.Breakfast was also great. The view of the mountains is great and we will definitely come back again for a longer stay.

Houses with outdoor amenities, a fire pit, a great option for a weekend.
