Nice....

The holiday home was very nice and modern, the landlords were also very nice.The perfect place for a holiday with the family, the beautiful lake is only 5 minutes away and nearby Prenzlau is ideal for activities.

Very nice holiday home!I was there with my family over the holidays. We come from Berlin and so we don't see such beautiful nature that often.We also really liked the holiday home and it corresponds to its 5 stars. We felt very comfortable - felt like a second home.We'll definitely be back.

It has now become our permanent holiday accommodation...uncomplicated contact, beautiful accommodation, beautiful area and landscape...again at any time!

Really a nice holiday home it is worth its 5 stars

Cozy, pleasant, safe......that's how it's advertised. It would have been nice, because it seems rather worn out, defective, moldy, bold!The living space layout is as described. Everything is actually very nicely furnished, the bathrooms are a pleasant size and the highlight - there is mosquito protection on the windows almost everywhere.But where do DTV’s 5 stars come from? This is a mystery to us.Our negative experiences with the accommodation were:- The facade of the house shows various repairs and damage- not one room had stain-free walls- the stairs cracked with every step and showed clear wear and tear- the beds creak so much that you could hear it through the false ceilings and walls- There was no parasol- the garden loungers were worn out, but they held up well for the children- using the washing machine costs €25 - yes, it is noted on the homepage that it costs, but the amount alone is very shocking- the sofa had several holes in the cover and the siderest was broken- Unfortunately the WiFi didn't even reach the first floorThe landlord can't do anything about cell phone reception. Reception was upstairs or at the garbage cans. If you don't want to be available, you've come to the right place.What was serious, however:- The playground equipment is no longer safe. Screws fell out on the swing. When rocking, the entire device wobbles and you can get splinters anywhere.- Both skylights in the attic room showed some massive mold growth. At one point you could see through to the drywall.- According to DTV, the initial supply of towels and bed linen is a must for rooms with 4 stars or higher. The landlord naturally sees things differently and has everything paid for handsomely. Unfortunately the beds weren't even made.There has been no investment here in recent years, at the expense of paying tenants. Just let the selection of images work its magic on you. 5 stars everything

Nicely decorated, clean, modern, lots of space. Baby/cot is also available. Unfortunately the area is a bit deserted. The lake is certainly a hit in summer.
