It was a really nice, clean room. Really very beautiful. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in the evening and had some loud music....no one complained, luckily 😄By the way, we had room 5

My room was in the "basement". I felt like I was in a zoo because one side of the wall only consisted of windows (of course there were curtains for privacy, but still a very strange feeling). There was a door in the bathroom that led further into the basement.Staff was a bit overwhelmed and disinterested.Location was okay, Rewe and bus stop nearby.Snacks were free in the roomAll in all: Not again!

Very clean, large and attractively furnished rooms. There is a compartment for each room in the general refrigerator in the bar corner. There you will also find a bottle cooler, sparkling and non-carbonated mineral water, as well as small sweet treats. In the room itself there are champagne, wine and water glasses, a Senseo coffee machine including 4 capsules, coffee milk and sugar. A kettle and various types of tea. 2 cups, 2 plates, napkins and cutlery. Everything very tasteful and fine.Although located on Neusser Str. with a lot of hustle and bustle, it is very quiet thanks to the high-quality window glazing.Many thanks to Jan Rosner and the team from 1st Floor, Cologne

Good quality for this price.Small and cozy mini hotel.All rooms on the ground floor. So it might be street sounds if windows are open.It was my birthday and we stayed in room #7.Originally decorated room with spa bath and infrared sauna. Unconvenient bed (very soft). Mini bar free of charge.Metro station under corner.There is no food facility inside but a pretty good italian restaurant nearby.Parking front door 10 euro per day.

Quite a nice hotel - but we weren't entirely convinced (for the price):- Our room was basically in the basement: still lots of daylight but of course a bit of a basement atmosphere- the room could have been painted again. You can see a lot of people coming and going- On the first night we slept really badly because there was always something going on above us. When we called the service number the next day to request a different room, we were met with a lack of understandingOtherwise everything was great. Great shower and minibar!

The hotel is close to the Florastr tram stop. Very convenient. The employee was very friendly. Room 7, which we actively chose, has a large shower and a large whirlpool that can comfortably fit two people. The bathroom is nicely decorated. The bed wasn't ideal for my personal needs, but the hotel can't do anything about that. Unfortunately there is no window to the outside but rather into an inner courtyard. Difficult to describe. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, Kölsch and chocolate for free and is also refilled.Our room was the first in the hallway and it was very noisy.Overall, I can really recommend it.

I had the very nice room 8 with an inner courtyard. Was greeted very friendly and was able to move into the room earlier. The room is simply beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. You can reach the cathedral in no time by train and therefore also where life is pulsating. Nippes itself also has very nice old Cologne pubs. However, there is still one negative aspect...the door that leads from the bathroom to the basement should be lockable, that was kind of scary for me! Otherwise, I felt very comfortable here and will definitely book this hotel again

Great private room with jacuzzi and infrared sauna. You are in the middle of the city. Has advantages and disadvantages (parking). There is a very tasty Italian restaurant just two minutes away on foot. There are different rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are always fully booked and you have to be lucky if you can book on the weekend. We look forward to next time. Felt like a short vacation.

The first hotel that really exceeds its price/performance ratio!✅ Coffee machine & minibar (filled) in the room✅ The whirlpool is mega and with massage jets✅ Rooms very large and spaciousI would recommend it to anyone who really needs some peace and quiet and just wants to relax.The lady at the reception was also super nice🅿️can be booked for €10 per night (parking) directly in front of the hotel.

We had now 2 days, room 5 with a whirlpool bathtub. What can you say, a dream. Staff super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had to deduct 2 stars because the bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep together because it was like falling into a hole in the middle of the bed. We both had to sleep on the edge. Unfortunately, there wasn't much romance there. Unfortunately, we both had back pain when we woke up.

Extraordinary, inconspicuous and unique! When you enter the mini hotel and the very friendly reception, you immerse yourself in a small, special world in the middle of the big city flair. You can relax very well here and forget that you are actually in the middle of Cologne!

We had a very nice, modern and clean room. The lady at the reception was very nice. Here you can tell that the guest is very welcome. Even the lovingly furnished minibar is included.Unfortunately we were only there for one night but would happily go back.

Loved how the rooms were furnished. Very modern and funky.
Only thing I hated were the pillows, and the see through door on the toilet, but that was easily fixed by going g outside the room and using the one across the hallway. But excellent otherwise
