Staffboarding - Köln

On April 10, 2018 I visited Ms. 3 apartments (from August 21st, 2018 – August 25th, 2018) booked for Geldernstrasse 22 in Cologne. I paid this on time. On August 19th, 2018 the email came with the codes for the rooms. As well as a call around midday asking whether we would be willing to give up a room and move into 2 apartments with 5 beds each. We would get a refund. (this refund has not been credited to my account to date) I agreed to this. Check-in was from 4 p.m. and we arrived around 5:40 p.m. I got the keys for the 2 rooms from the key compartments, unlocked the doors and the rooms were not equipped with 5 beds each as discussed, but only with 4 beds. So I called Mrs. I described the problem to her and she asked me, completely taken aback, whether I was serious, and I replied in the affirmative. She said she would take care of it straight away and contacted me saying... The beds were on the way, it couldn't take too long, about 30-45 minutes. We then went for a run. When we returned (around 8:30 p.m.) the rooms were still not ready. Then we wanted to at least put our groceries in the fridge, but unfortunately this wasn't possible because the two fridges were just dirty. The kettle in room 3 was full of grease and the tap was leaking so that the worktop was completely under water. So I called Mrs. again. and explained the problems to her. She said that she would call the cleaner directly and find out more about the beds. The cleaner came and spoke to my colleague (because the cleaner didn't speak a word of German). I told my colleague to please tell her that the fridge was dirty, the kettles were full of grease and lime, and we still lack beds, towels, toilet paper and dishes. The refrigerators were cleaned, the water cookers and dishes were cleaned and dishes were picked up, only towels, toilet paper and beds were nowhere to be seen. Then the cleaner said there were no towels because she had reported this but didn't get any new ones. She didn't have any toilet paper either and the beds would be the same. At 11 p.m. a car with beds pulls up. Well, I was happy too early… the beds still had to be put together. Bedding was placed on the floor and the beds were placed on top. Now the gentlemen began to assemble the beds. 12:00 a.m. the beds are ready but mattresses and bed linen are missing. The cleaner takes the bed linen that was lying outside in the yard as a base for the beds and wants to put it on the two missing beds. my colleague told her that we didn't want this and that this was disgusting and we wanted different bedding. The cleaner then ran and fetched other bedding and bed linen. Mattresses are still missing. At around 12:20 a.m. the mattresses arrived and we were finally able to get our bags out of the cars and move into the rooms. The next day I wanted to go to the bakery and the rats, who feel very comfortable in the full garbage cans, ran towards me. All the garbage cans were full to the top and it even smelled like it in the rooms. Towels were also there in the evening. Brand new unwashed towels with price tags. This is simply unreasonable and they should have washed them somewhere, or not brought towels at all. After all, probably 50 people have already grabbed the towels and we were supposed to dry ourselves with them? We didn't expect much because after all they are fitter's rooms and I know how they are equipped thanks to my dad, who works in construction, but we had to wait 6.5 hours until the rooms were cleaned and complete, even though check-in was from 4 p.m. and we did I think it's a huge deal to have booked a room so early.

Deserves more like 0 stars Ms. Claudia Timmer is the worst person I have ever had to work with. Never 100% unreliable again
