Clean and friendly guesthouse with a nice buffet.Very quiet place. Good for slowing down and cycling. The boat rental is really recommended. Unfortunately no offer for dinner. Neither in the accommodation nor in the town itself.

Even if you only get a breakfast buffet, everything is great. Unfortunately no service during the day or evening. There is a party room with use of the kitchen, dishes and a large refrigerator. Anyone could put something in there. There are also a few types of drinks available that everyone can pay for according to the trust price list. Since many people just have breakfast and then go on tour, this is ideal and well located. If the weather is dry, you can also sit outside and make your own dinner.

Great accommodation with everything you need. The inner courtyard is very beautiful and offers space to enjoy a cold drink under the shade of the trees or simply unwind for a while. The breakfast is rich and there is something for everyone. There are many leisure activities in the area to spend your time culturally or to simply go swimming in the cold, clear water at the clean lakes.

We rented 2 double rooms that were clean, the service from the staff was great, one complaint was that the heating was turned off at night and it got very cold for us, so it wasn't possible to get a good night's sleep …

We rented 1 double room and 3 single rooms which were clean, the service from the staff cannot be rated as they were not present except to pay. The only complaint is that the heating is turned off after 8 p.m. and it got very cold for us, so it wasn't possible to get a good night's sleep because we often woke up because we were cold. On the day of departure we couldn't even take a shower because the water was cold. In the evening after 10 p.m. the water is also cold. The WiFi was not made available to us. So I advise everyone to think carefully about whether they want to travel there in autumn or winter. This can quickly backfire if it gets too cold, the hands of the staff on site are tied because it is controlled by the owner via an app, but not for me to be carried out. Unavailable by telephone. This can quickly backfire if it gets too cold, the staff are on site because their hands are tied, this is controlled from higher up and I can't understand it because the weather in Chemnitz is different than in Flecken Zechlin.

The people on site are a good team... nice and very accommodating. The rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast good and plentiful. But now to the operators who were not and are not present... it is an outrage that the heating is switched off in the evening and we as guests have to freeze at night. Likewise, showering in the evening after 10:30 p.m. is no longer possible. When we left at 6:00 a.m., showering was also not possible. So we won't book there again.

The location is perfect, zoo, Reihnsberg and co. can be reached within 15 minutes by car.There are also shopping and hiking opportunities right next to the accommodation.Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived...I could overlook that. I had to too. An offer came to clean it the next day. I had already removed it myself because I wanted to wash myself. The price for overnight stays remained the same.WiFi didn't work.

We stayed in this guesthouse for a weekend. The room was clean, but unfortunately very noisy and so we as guests had a hard time getting some rest and unfortunately so did our dog. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom that didn't blow dry because the dust on the back cap hadn't been cleaned for ages. I then took over this. (After that it worked again)The breakfast was sufficient, but I find €9.50 a little too expensive. (but it's a matter of opinion) For that price I've had a great breakfast elsewhere and a lot more choice. Some of the dishes were also dirty.🙁It's also a shame that there is no longer a restaurant service where you can end the evening with dinner or a cool drink, as everything outside the guesthouse closes at 6/7 p.m. A real shame.Maybe one or two points of criticism will be addressed and improved.
