We stayed in the hotel for 4 days.Positive: Really made and furnished for families. It was a pleasant stay as a family.Food was 4 stars. There was a good selection of food and drinks and it tasted pretty good too.Rooms and service were 2 stars. After we used a facial tissue from the bathroom on the first day, the permanently installed box was immediately empty and wasn't refilled until the last day.We asked at reception whether the extra bed could be removed from our room to save space. It also wasn't done until the last day.The only time we were at the hotel bar, I ordered a wine. When I got this there was an insect swimming in the glass that the waiter didn't see.I did get a new glass, but without an apology, only with the explanation that it was because of the bottle.I would have expected much more, especially because the insect couldn't be overlooked. And that doesn't work at all without an apology. If the wine hadn't even had to be free as an excuse. The room:The light in the toilet had a motion detector that turned off the light every 10 seconds. Very annoying. In the shower the shower rod was so loose that I was afraid it would fall out. The hairdryer was very, very weak. It actually didn't improve performance at all.The beds were very comfortable and quiet, so our child didn't wake up when he got up.Staff was polite.Location was quite good in Kempten. Conclusion: The hotel has a lot of potential if the staff is trained better and the deficiencies in the rooms are eliminated.

As some have stated in reviews, the hotel is a bit more upscale than a youth hostel. That's probably why there are a lot of sports teams and school classes there. …

Well, like many others, I was one of the people who was put in a room with 4 strangers every week by the vocational school. Unfortunately, if you come from far away and can't afford daily travel, you have to do that. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the furnishings themselves are a bit outdated and the rooms are very small.Once I was actually in a two-story room with two boys with whom I got along well. The room was really good! The others are more so-soThe breakfast (I hope it's still like that today) was very good, there was bacon, scrambled eggs, bratwurst, rolls etc. basically everything. Unfortunately for students, meals were often served late.
