After successfully booking, we were really looking forward to our holiday in the Bäderdreieck. Since we attach great importance to the furnishings of the apartment, we wrote to Ms. Hager before the start of the vacation to clarify a few questions in advance. Ms. Hager's emails gave us the feeling that questions were not welcome. When we arrived, Ms. Hager showed us the apartment quickly; she seemed very rushed and uninterested. In our haste, after a 5-hour drive, we couldn't think of any further questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. However, there was no barbecue area or sandwich toaster, which was stated on the taumferienwohnungen.de website and is also very important to us. After we had pointed this out twice without success and Ms. Hager couldn't offer us a solution, she said in a conversation "If something doesn't suit you, you can leave." We pointed out to her that this statement was highly unprofessional, whereupon she reluctantly agreed to reduce the rent by 10 euros. After we had made ourselves comfortable in the apartment, we noticed that the drinks on offer had expired since April 2015 or July 2015, and some of the dishes (wine glasses + 1 beer glass + top glass bowl) were not clean. Since Ms. Hager had already shown great lack of insight beforehand, we didn't even mention it and then washed up the things we needed ourselves. We also noticed that there were only two trash cans in the entire apartment (bathroom + kitchen), which doesn't necessarily make separating waste any easier. The information about the apartment states that there are garbage containers in a shed that we didn't know where they were and that Mrs. Hager unfortunately didn't point out to us. We then wanted to take the garbage into the garage in the morning, but the gate was closed so we left the bags in front of our apartment door. When we returned in the evening there was a large note in front of the door saying that garbage should be put in the garage and separated!!!! Very indiscreet, as our door can also be seen from the neighboring apartment. The next morning we took the garbage away, but there were problems again because Ms. Hager had not pointed out the special waste separation in the Passau district and so we only separated plastic, residual waste, paper and organic waste, as is usual in Hesse. In Passau, however, a distinction is made between more species. However, separating the garbage in such a complex manner is not possible with two trash cans in the apartment. All in all, the apartment was ok, the furnishings were standard. However, the service was almost non-existent. After the conversations with Ms. Hager and the email communication, we both had the feeling that Ms. Hager was incapable of criticism and could not cope with the clientele of young guests. We can therefore make no recommendation.
