Great hut, quiet location, suitable for dogs. However, I would not recommend the playground to families, as the dog owners are mostly very inconsiderate when it comes to their leavings. There are a lot of dog owners here who let their dogs pee on the playground every time they go for a walk, even though there are plenty of other options. Even big business is done there bluntly and then disposed of, but things like that never work completely.The houses are equipped as shown in the photos when booking.

A very nice park with lots of dogs 🐕 one can only say fantastic. The area and landscapes for hiking are a dream. We discovered the Bavarian Forest for ourselves and will be back.

This year we chose a chalet at the Hunter Park for two weeks. We rented through Albatros Reizen. The chalet was immaculately clean! Beds neatly made. Spacious chalet. Kitchen with oven and microwave. We especially used the oven for delicious sandwiches. The campsite also has its own sandwich service. Nice private terrace with plenty of chairs, loungers, drying rack. There was even a TV. Many houses also have a BBQ available. Beds are fine. There is a washing machine and dryer available for chalet guests.I miss a washing-up brush and washing-up liquid in the house, as well as a tea towel. Oven mitts would also be useful. In addition, the tableware is exactly for 5 people, so you are washing dishes all the time. Some more cutlery would be nice. Also useful, the shutters on the outside of the chalet can be closed against the heat.Upon arrival we received an activity card. This allowed us to use public transport, free swimming pool, free miniature golf and discounts at various attractions. Even a discount on shoes.The nearby campsite, Knaus, is quietly set up. We were able to read a book at our chalet. There is plenty of action for the kids. Ours had fun in the pool. Even the teenager! With fishing in the pond, beach volleyball, mini disco, playground, bingo and more. The outdoor pool with slides is a 500-metre walk away. This outdoor pool is highly recommended! The entertainment team organizes a fun activity every day. There is almost no WiFi. You can camp or rent a tent at the campsite itself. There are also some barrels and tepees to rent. The camping pitches are spacious. The sanitary building is clean and renovated.There is a restaurant at the campsite. I must honestly admit that the burgers were surprisingly tasty. There are plenty of dishes on the menu. Good price-quality. Please note: only cash payment possible.The campsite had some staff shortages. You will notice this in the more limited opening hours of the reception, but we were not inconvenienced by it. Manager is helpful and speaks Dutch.There is a lot to do outside the campsite! Plenty of supermarkets, all within 7 minutes by car.

Very nicely furnished holiday homes in an idyllic location with many excursion options. There is an outdoor swimming pool nearby and an indoor swimming pool at the neighboring campsite. A nice place to relax and unwind.

Very nice facility. Five of us were there for a week in mid-May. Our hut was very comfortably furnished, everything you need was there. Nice children's playground and lots of peace.When we arrived, the reception was not staffed, but various telephone numbers that you can contact are clearly displayed. Someone came quickly to hand over the keys.

A real recommendation! Especially for families, even with dogs! Great area and quiet and cozy houses!
