Absolutely recommended. Pleasant atmosphere. Quiet. Clean. Nice landlady. Bread service also for early risers.The only thing to complain about at a high level: no free socket on the bed and no hooks for towels in the bathroom (only the dryer).

My husband & I stayed in the Gaby apartment house at the beginning of October. Gaby Heiß was incredibly friendly, courteous and warm from the first second on the phone until we said goodbye when we left!The apartments are spacious with a large, covered balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and resort.There is also a subsequently installed glass elevator, as well as a small ramp on the outside, so that the apartments are also suitable for people with limited mobility. Our shower was almost at ground level. I always use bathing shoes in other people's showers anyway so that I don't slip. If you want, you can get rolls of your choice every morning! The sack (bag) with rolls was already hanging on the door shortly after 6 a.m.! A dream for early risers like us! We felt very welcome and comfortable and will definitely come back. The location is nice and quiet and each apartment has its own parking space right next to the house.I wish the Hot and Guade family until then!

I stayed in the open spa treatment at this family-run hotel for three weeks and it left nothing to be desired.It is run with a lot of love and dedication, which is conveyed to you every day by the boss, Ms. Heiss.The rooms are all equipped to a high standard.My apartment was equipped with beautiful real wood parquet and a newly renovated granite floor bathroom and had a great balcony.It is also centrally located and yet in a completely quiet location.Ms. Moser's physical therapy practice is located in the basement. Here too I was able to experience a warmth that left nothing to be desired. It was nice that I could go to my mud and massage therapy in the morning wearing my bathrobe without leaving the house.I'll be back with my wife, that's for sure.

I stayed in the Gaby apartment house on the occasion of the Johannesbad thermal baths marathon. The owner's welcome was very friendly and the accommodation was very nice. Unfortunately, I forgot my two talismans when I left. However, I only noticed this after 14 days. When we asked the property, they said that they would dispose of lost items after a week. I was extremely disappointed about this, especially since these were not found objects. The owners knew who the items belonged to. I would have expected to receive a short message. Instead, personal items are simply thrown away. For me, these parts had a very high emotional value and I am very sad to lose them. Unfortunately, such behavior destroys all of the host's positive points. A pity.

The house is very nicely located. The surrounding streets are very green and the lack of traffic makes it easy to relax. When you check in you are greeted with a warm, familiar atmosphere, so that you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. We will definitely come back 😊

We have been coming to Bad Füssing every now and then for several years and then live in the Gaby apartment house. We really like it there, the apartments are newly renovated and tastefully furnished. Ms. Heiß is very nice and accommodating. Reservations by phone and email are easy. The location in the Safferstetten district is close to the center and ideal as a starting point for bike tours. Restaurants and bike rentals are in the immediate vicinity.

A beautiful house, very nice, modern and spacious apartments.Even the small reception and the entire staircase exude a lot of charm and security. Everything is crafted and decorated with a lot of love and taste.As a host, Ms. Heiß is extremely considerate and accommodating and will bring fresh bread rolls every morning upon request. We were very happy to accept this.We will definitely come back and would like to thank you again for the great DAYS and the hospitality.
