The entire complex is a residence with apartments and hotel-like administration. The apartments belong to private individuals who live there on a weekly basis and are managed by a service provider.The facility is well maintained and in very good condition. There is accessibility, making it also very suitable for older people and people with limited mobility. Underground parking spaces with elevator directly to all floors.

A centrally located, beautiful residence that fully meets even the most pampered needs. Everything was very clean, well maintained and comfortably and sensibly equipped. We are regular guests and can only confirm the impressions we have gained repeatedly and without reservation!

We are thrilled and would like to say thank you very much for this great stay at the Europa Residenz. We had been looking for a place to stay at short notice (2 days before) with a small dog and received a prompt response. Thank you for the quick communication at this point. Anyone looking for a central apartment with a great view, bread service, underground parking and short distances to the thermal baths has come to the right place. We had a wonderful stay and a mishap with a ring stuck in the safe was dealt with beautifully by the front desk and the owner's son. All in all it took 2 hours, but the result is what counts. Thank you very much for your efforts. I always enjoy coming to your house, the apartments are beautifully furnished, everything you need is available in the kitchen, towels and bed linen are there, bicycle storage and underground parking space (also a larger one for a large car on request). Short distances to the thermal baths and the friendliness of the staff and also the boss convinced me to come back at least twice a year. Thank you very much.

This was our last time in the Europa Residenz, although we had already booked this accommodation several times. When the outside temperature was 33 degrees in August 2022, after staying in this accommodation for a week, we were refused a change of bed linen by the rude employee at the reception. She insisted on changing the bed linen on Wednesday, which didn't happen either. For hygiene reasons alone, this is an imposition.The cleaning equipment in the apartment was inadequate. broken style etc. When I asked at reception, my wife was told that we should contact the cleaning staff in order to borrow a scrubber if necessary. Super Service!The shading of apartment 127 was inadequate; a small parasol from the early days of the complex was absolutely not sufficient in the sunlight. The air in the accommodation was unpleasant and musty.There is no dishwasher.The duvets and pillows have been in use for a long time and should be changed urgently.A defective dryer and a defective door opener to the underground car park were not repaired during our 14-day stay.The external appearance of the facility leaves a lot to be desired.What is positive is that the location of the residence is very good. This time we stayed in the 3rd floor apartment 305. We particularly liked the modern bathroom with natural light and the loving furnishings. Everything looks like it was newly renovated and the apartment was very well maintained. The best thing: It's too high for the mosquitoes ;-) There was also the option of using the rental company's bikes. We had a carefree, relaxing holiday and would love to come back.

We regularly go on holiday in Bad Füssing at the Europa Residence. The central location of the house, the attentive, friendly service of the new reception team, the cleanliness of the house, WiFi, underground parking, bicycle storage, elevator and bread service make your vacation relaxing from day one. You immediately feel at home in the well-equipped suites. We like to come to the newly renovated, cozy Suite 126.

We have already been in the app twice this year. 305 of the Europa Residenz went on vacation. The ladies at reception are very friendly, very accommodating and strive to understand the guests' wishes and concerns. We would also like to emphasize the cleanliness throughout the house, as we have often experienced this differently. Everything was really very professional and pleasant. We felt completely at home and can only recommend this address.
