Delicious coffee and cake too. Luckily, I still belong to the generation that still has cash with me. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible in the coffee & ice cream parlor.

We only went to the café for cake & cappuccino and there was nothing to complain about ☕️it was so full that we had to go into the café instead of a terrace seat in the sun🍰

Centrally located with terrace. We just drank coffee and ate cake. Our cake slices turned out to be very narrow; with my raspberry cake I would have expected a thin layer of cream between the 4 cm of dough. In the display, the cakes could only be seen from behind. We didn't see any parking spaces.

We had a lovely short break in this hotel and can't say anything negative. Relatively newly renovated and modernly furnished room with a large balcony. Pleasant shade from large plane trees at 30 degrees. Breakfast buffet offered everything your heart could desire. Nice and helpful family and staff. Great location right next to the spa park in the center, where there was always something going on. There was a slight background noise downstairs in the café, but that didn't bother us. At 10 p.m. there was silence. The only drawback: you would have had to rent an underground parking space to keep the bikes safe. We (my dear husband) always attached the bikes to the bike rack on the car in the hotel parking lot. But it worked for 4 days. We would like to come back because we felt very comfortable.

Coffee was served lukewarm, when we complained we were told, "If you add cold cans of milk to the coffee, the coffee will be colder." My God, .... I didn't say that if you leave the coffee for too long, it gets colder.But I got a pot of hot milk foam, ..... in any other good coffee I would have gotten a new cup of hot coffee.

We went to this cafe and totally disappointed!On the first day 2x Aperol without ice and without taste...it took forever until we could order.On our second visit we cleared the table ourselves after 30 minutesVery unfriendly after 30 minutes of waiting for our order that we wanted to place, we were treated very, very unfriendly by the boss.We then changed the café and that was great!

My two boys ordered drinks, I went back because we forgot something. When I came back, I wasn't allowed to sit with them with half a scoop of ice cream. What hospitality! I actually thought they were ready, but they didn't get the drinks until I arrived. What do you gain from such an action? The cafe sold drinks and doesn't sell more or less if I briefly use the chair or not. In any case, we will never come back!!!

I was there on my e-bike and ordered a beer and wanted to charge my battery, unfortunately the boss refused. This has never happened to me before. I find it very weak and customer unfriendly

Every now and then I go to Cafe Lorenz for coffee and cake. Everything is delicious for me every time and the staff are friendly. Good value for money 👍.

Went to this restaurant today with my wife for coffee and pastries.Service was quite friendly.Cake was chosen from what was on offer in the restaurant.We were just very disappointed when we received our order. No water with coffee and pastries were served with an accompanying fork, but napkins are also saved at a price of €4.10 each.We would have expected better service in this restaurant in the spa center!It's a shame if a small amount of water and a napkin that isn't automatically included reduces the enjoyment of passionate coffee house visitors.As a customer, I'm no longer willing to demand such little things from the service team afterwards.Will visit another cafe tomorrow. A PITY....

Very nice, family-run hotel with a cafe and pastry shop. The Europa Therme is less than 5 minutes away on foot. We were here for a short vacation for 5 days and stayed in a very nice room, which was newly renovated with a large balcony. The room was directly above the large terrace of the café and facing the street. After 10 p.m. it was quiet and you could sleep very well with the balcony door open.The bathroom was very small, but had enough storage space. Shower is very narrow.Everything was very clean.The breakfast was good and had a sufficient selection.The staff extremely friendly and helpful. There is a free parking lot behind the hotel, which was very pleasant as there are hardly any parking spaces in Bad Füssing.We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
