We'll be in the thermal spa for a few days and have a room in this house again and are very satisfied.Rooms are clean and tidy, price is very cheap. It is very quiet here and not far from the thermal baths.

(Economy room including breakfast) We (family of 5) stayed here for 2 nights. There was simply a shared bathroom shared by 4 rooms. Well, that's what it says on the website, my father must have missed it. The rooms were really clean. The toilet had horror film vibes and there were 2 strange pictures hanging in the hallway. We occupied 3 rooms, I think the 4th was empty, fortunately it was empty during our peak usage time. But what I personally found bad (apart from the shared shower) was that the balcony of our 3 rooms was one. I don't want to sit next to the strangers on vacation? First of all. 2 are very close. The dining room is also very cozy and I think the breakfast is okay if you don't want more than sandwiches and fruit. There is more but I find the rest rather unpleasant/rancid. The balcony wasn't the best kept (see doormat) and was very slippery in the morning. WiFi costs 80ct per day? Otherwise it's supposedly not possible??? How do the other 1000 hotels & restaurants do that? The WiFi routers and lights looked like I was in a bad hotel in Egypt. By the way, vegan is not possible unless you just want rolls with jam. I think the offer of at least oat milk is very contemporary and should be included urgently. Beds are also extremely hard and straight. I could only get some sleep with the headboard slightly tilted. There are plus points for the cleanliness, the ability to angle the beds and the rolls and eggs at breakfast.

Room: business class.Everything in order:Reception: Warm, professional. First we were presented with the room and we enthusiastically took it.We gratefully booked benefits such as the “Passauer card” offer; it saved us a lot of money in the thermal baths.Room: perfectly furnished, super clean! Perfect peace.Bathroom and toilet are separate from each other, everything is extremely clean.I was missing soap in the toilet even though there were 3 bottles of shower gel in the bathroom. We simply put a bottle of shower gel in the toilet.Minibar: Super correct prices, almost like in the supermarket. Beers and drinks of the highest Bavarian quality. Large selection of wines at low prices.Breakfast: more than good offer. Good quality sausage and cheese from the counter, no cheap products. If you wish, you can get a lot of things for free. The coffee was freshly made for us every morning and absolutely delicious.The proximity to the Johaness Bad and the proximity of the forest for walking are an advantage.Overall, we are very satisfied and will visit the family hotel again.Dear hotel team,Thank you!Price-performance: Very good.

We had booked a superior room. We drove with joy and left in a bad mood.The facility is more than reasonable. Dirty and only half-hung curtains. Mold on the ceiling. The faucet on the toilet almost falls off and is only held in place by lime. Mattresses were very worn out.The room is right on the main street, too noisy with the windows open.A cheeky thing for the price.We wouldn't book there again.

Before I get to the negative, first the positive. Very inviting from the outside and the entrance. The room was clean, breakfast was okay and the staff was very friendly.The room is very small and simply furnished, which wasn't a bad thing. The bad thing was that the radiator had no control and was red hot. Had to tilt the window to avoid feeling like I was in a sauna. The night was sleepless because on the one hand there was the glowing radiator on the bed that made you sweat and the open window above that let in icy air. In addition, a mattress that was far too hard and caused back pain.In addition, a bathroom is outdated, far too small and a shared shower in the hallway.We didn't expect anything like that during this time and we don't need it again.

Hause Hildegunde is near thermal baths. Our room was (as always here) very clean. Stuff are amazing, I feel here home mood everywhere 😊. Breakfast is delicious! This nice Hause always worth to sleep in!

In a word, terribly. Dust, stench, mold on the toilet and in the air conditioning, the terrace is moldy and does not drain. Winter and winter. Shared bathroom upstairs, watch out for that! In the morning, the fire alarm started beeping, it lasted for about two hours. Staff arrogant and rude. Absolute horror and free.

A very outdated guesthouse.In the economy rooms there is only one shower in the hallway!!!The breakfast offering is okay.The staff is very friendly and attentive.Not a good price-performance ratio in my opinion.

The location is very good. Very attractive outside and up to the reception.The room was a disaster, bedding appeared clean. However, the bathroom is tiny, totally worn out and ancient. Only toilet and small sink with crack.WC has seen better days,Used for one night in transit.Shared shower with curtain that only stuck to one, drain doesn't work either,Breakfast was good.

Price/performance ratio is hard to beat. Great stopover between Austria and Central Germany. Just the thing. Nice host family, uncomplicated, friendly. Just great. We couldn't have done it better. Thank you very much for this stay in your house. Please have more legroom in the breakfast room for 1.85 m tall etc.But that's really the only criticism.Siegfried Peter

The room I had was simply furnished. In my opinion it is sufficient for one night, but for a longer stay I would book a different category. The breakfast was very good, and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

We were horrified (!)The rooms we booked for one night did not correspond in the least to those presented on the Internet.I consciously always evaluate things very objectively and if I don't like something, I first sleep on it for a few nights. Just like in this case. I am aware that many people read recessions, but I have never experienced a pension like this (!)The furnishings of both rooms were beyond good and bad and there was no trace of cleanliness. Actually, we should have been paid to stay there and not the other way around. Every euro is too much here. The tube TV from the 90s and the not much newer satellite receiver were the highlight in these rooms, with the condition instructions placed on patches on the remote controls. This in the time of Corona! Completely out of the question!I have included some photos in this review so that everyone can form their own opinion.
