A very idyllic hotel where you can feel at home! The staff is open to every request, friendly and very diligent in all tasks that ensure the well-being of the guests. It is well equipped for people with disabilities and mobility restrictions and the town of Rheinsberg also has well-developed footpaths and lots of things to discover. We felt very comfortable! For our two-year-old daughter (and other children), a small play area in the building or one or two play equipment outside would be a great thing and perfect for traveling as a family!

Located directly on Lake Grienericksee, particularly suitable for people with (physical) disabilities, as there are large, wheelchair-accessible rooms/apartments with rustic furnishings.Rollators, wheelchairs, bicycles and eBikes can be borrowed. There is a swimming pool, sauna and sports hall (free use), a bowling alley and HydroJet loungers. The staff is extremely helpful.

This was our third time there and this time we brought friends with us. We liked it very much. The only drawback was the stress at mealtimes because of a table. There were four of us, two of whom were wheelchair users. The staff tried hard, but every time we had to make room for the wheelchairs at the table before we could eat. A reservation was not possible.

Despite the lack of staff, everyone is still friendly and helpful. Nice and relaxing weekend with children and parents. Of course, as is well known, everything is completely barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.

I personally can't say much about the stay itself. But judging by my in-laws' enthusiasm, it's very nice there and the food is delicious, the service is polite and courteous and tailored to people with disabilities.I would also like to thank you for the great service and support in implementing the surprise of my in-laws on their 25th wedding anniversary. The Seehotel is characterized by a good location on Lake Rheinsberg and disabled-friendly facilities. However, it has difficulties in maintaining the standards of a 4 star hotel. In the event of problems, the hotel adheres closely to the terms and conditions and shows no accommodation towards the guest.

The hotel is just right for a barrier-free holiday. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We've been there for the 4th time. The rooms are large so that you can move around with a wheelchair without any problems, you can even get on the balcony. We'll definitely be back

The Seehotel is a top choice in every respect if you really want to have a holiday with a disability. The entire hotel is barrier-free and on one level. The staff very helpful and friendly. There is also a lot on offer for leisure activities and there is always a leisure activity around the hotel. Nan can borrow e-scooters, as well as lifts and lift belts. A care bathroom with all kinds of equipment is also available.
