The Johannesbad Therme is a pleasure every year. The better access to the salt water bath is great. I'm a fan of the outdoor pools.

In this thermal spa, you are not allowed to eat snacks that you have brought with you, which means that you cannot eat snack bread or a banana. As a spa guest, I feel forced to eat in a restaurant, which I don't want to afford at the moment. My suggestion: Please set up a snack corner so that guests can enjoy their snacks in peace. That would make the experience much more enjoyable!

The positive aspects first.- only thermal spring in Bad Füssing with a 3-hour ticket- very friendly service staff, from the lady at the checkout to the lady in the thermal spa restaurant- the water temperature corresponds to the specified temperature. Super warm 👍🏻But!!! Unfortunately, the thermal baths are not only getting old, they are in urgent need of renovation. In the water basins, tiles are sometimes missing from the floor or some are chipped. In some cases, pieces of former steel beams can be seen sticking out of the outside walls, rusting away above the heads of the bathers.Even if you ignore all of this, you won't get a place to stay anyway, as there are far too few berths available. (They are piled up outside on the lawn)We actually wanted to really relax in the outdoor lagoon, but the decay was visible on the decorative rocks all around us.Tip! Invest the money raised intensively in renovation.

Nice but not ours, we miss the many massage jets like in Bad Abbach or Bag Gögging.

Pain therapy was carried out for 17 days. Rooms and facilities at hotel level are very good as there are always single rooms. Negatively confusing paths to the treatments, therapy team very hard-working and qualified, doctors very friendly and take their time. Food and drink not so great. Breakfast in buffet form, very one-sided and not tasty Essen.Therme is rather unsuitable for children, as there are no attractions for children. Therme is getting old and should be renovated because there is some damage to the pools, etc. It's just getting old. Parking is better in the afternoon than in the morning

There was nothing to complain about. Therapists very good. Staff as well. It takes 2 days to find your way around, but that's understandable given the size of the clinic, but fellow patients and staff are nice and helpful. Thermal bath great.A small point of criticism, but funny: the foreign staff spoke great German, but the Bavarians and Austrians would have"Subtitles" (as in TV interviews of some athletes) are used.

If you're thinking about going to the sauna, go somewhere else.In order to cool down after the not particularly pretty sauna (with auto-infusion), there are only a few showers and a "cold room" available. This is also simply a wet room with a sink filled with ice.In order to actually immerse yourself in water, you have to leave the sauna area. Is called:Get dressed, through the cafe, through the stairwell/elevator, past the cash registers, through the changing rooms, into the thermal baths area. When I asked if there wasn't a pool for cooling down in the sauna area, all I got was a puzzled look and a "You have to go to the thermal baths area for that.I left the thermal baths after a sauna session.
