I love art, which is why I was really looking forward to the motel.But what we saw then had absolutely nothing to do with art.First of all, we barely found the motel, we thought it was an abandoned building.So definitely run down from the outside.The first impression continued into the courtyard.There was no sign of it being nice or comfortable.It looked like the back yard of a junkyard, the small garden couldn't be used at all because of the long grass, but the garden furniture was dirty anyway so there was no question of sitting down.It smelled really musty in the stairwell.Once we were in our room, things continued.I specifically looked into having my own bathroom and NOT a shared bathroom, and I booked it that way.Of course we got a room with a shared bathroom, luckily no one else in our “hallway”? booked.We arrived and were really shocked.There were huge stains on the furniture, which seemed totally unhygienic, but were actually not used.The bed itself was comfortable but we really felt guilty sleeping with this bed linen.There were small flies in one place on the walls.Which only spoke against the room even more.We didn't dare go barefoot either; we spent most of the time walking around in shoes because everything was too dirty for us.The bathroom was the second horror.The walls behind the heater were broken, plants were there, but they were broken and in a completely inconvenient position.The shower was a nightmare, the shower head was so calcified that you were actually afraid to shower because it was just disgusting and unhygienic.In the corner of the bathroom there was a mop with completely black rags, which wasn't nice to look at either.There was also a kettle in the bathroom, with some kind of sink in it, it could have been lime, but it didn't look very appetizing.Dust hadn't been wiped for a long time and there were cobwebs everywhere.Our room door couldn't even be locked because there was no lock on the door, which is very inconvenient when there are several people in the hallway.We definitely won't go there again.

Pro: Very creative and nice hostess :)Cons: Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable for me here in winter - very cold, spooky and thrown together. Unfortunately, the soft bed made my back hurt.

I feel like we are in a horror movie, horrible place. It's very scary, the area seems dangerous and quite depressing. The receptionist, apart from not knowing that showers exist, did not respect any covid rules and did not give us any advice or tips anyway... surely you will find something better because it is worse difficult.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room with its own large balcony and bathroom.Bed was a bit on the narrow side.The only feedback I can think of is maybe a nice couch to sit on, but otherwise I really enjoyed it!Super friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed another night. That was no problem and we were able to stay.Center within walking distance.Worth repeating!

Visit to photo model Kassel. A super beautiful place completely full of art from the Kassel documenta. Inspired by ideas on romantic and secular and artistic themes, you just feel good there. Recently supplemented by Take Five 5: beautifully designed container tiny houses with 5 motifs Wallenstein, Joan of Arc... with roof terraces, large windows, always a view of the green courtyard and outdoor area, hard to believe that something like that exists, very worth seeing. The reception was friendly and I was offered a drink as compensation for the construction work that was still taking place.The location is quite central, but definitely dodgy. Curb swallows, screaming in the night. Overall, very loud outside at night (2 nights). It wasn't possible to sleep with the window open and I needed ear plugs even with the window closed.Since the bedroom is above the bathroom, I had to decide to heat the bathroom and thus freeze the bedroom or the bathroom in the morning. The condition of the bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated yet. The shower was great, the rest was a big oops. I didn't expect that I would have to climb a ladder to get to the bedroom, but I didn't have to go through that again when I'm over 50.The inner courtyard lies somewhere between loving collection and Messi. Beautiful is different.If you want to do without luxury, want something a little strange, loving and different, this is the right place for you. You can definitely stay overnight here cheaply, the accommodation has an experience character.
